Love this store and staff. They all work so hard and still are sweet and kind! Store has nice seating for chats and studying, with lots of space.

When we went to apply a coupon the young girl swipped our phone to pay in full. Then she got the order wrong stating that's what we ordered a proceeded to say well I would have to refund you and redo everything" with gen z attitude. Definitely driving to Preston crossing."

Sad the weekend hours changed to 8PM as its one of the only cafes open late in the evening. Good atmosphere for studying. Staff are very friendly to customers, but sometimes not to eachother- it’s uncomfortable to watch staff admonish other staff, wish they would do that in private and not in front of customers.

Worst thing is trying to get into the drive throughPeople keep honking and are terribly impatient. I understand that people are trying to get to Winners but please wait.My advice is move to the other side of the parking lot and have a better drive through

Lowkey love Starbucks. Specialty drinks are not cheap, but they’re worth it. A basic brewed coffee is similar price to Tim Hortons so you mayas well get one from here instead. Customer service is always amazing and the points system is great. Order your dog a free puppicino (whipped cream treat) and enjoy some delicious coffee.

i love this location SO much. the staff here are so incredibly kind & personable! & they make my drinks PERFECT 100% of the time!!! I had my drink made wrong at another location, and one of the workers Ethan went above and beyond for me & made sure i loved my drink before i left ♡ i truly appreciate your kindness ethan - i needed it today! keep being you!!!

I don’t typically go to this Starbucks. I tend to go to the Idylwyld location. I placed my mobile order, pickup time was fast. My drink was made wrong, I went back in and politely told them. The one employee was wonderful, the other one not so much. She openly complained about me having it remade and was extremely rude. Saying “They always do this, the app needs a note section for this order and they should be properly charging people for getting it made with sweet cream and not coconut milk”. I’ve had this drink made wrong at my usual location and they apologized multiple times and fixed it. I know things happen and it gets busy but to have an employee openly complain about your order in front of you is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed in this service. If my $10 drink is made wrong and I’m extremely nice about it, why are you being rude in front of me? I do not recommend this location at all.
