Signed up for pre installation of Fiber internet, and was told we would get rebates for pre-emptively signing up to the new government sponsored program, I just got the call for the date of installation and I'm being told my monthly bill will be 92$ when I was previously quoted 65$. I am being punished for having an existing service with them (fiber wasn't available at the time and they are the only option in the region as it is a region locked location) they are taking advantage of people with no options to get service elsewhere. Even though I'm switching my plan to the new fiber option there is no rebate, and its significantly more expensive than what I was told it would be. Extremely bad business practice on the part of Sogetel. I am unhappy with my service, and I do not recommend them, not that you have a choice.
