Brianne made the most difficult time in our lives much easier. She was constantly there to answer questions and she made sure the service went smoothly. They also set up a live feed for family members who live abroad. I would highly recommend Tranquility.

In your saddest times, you need positivity and support. I don't know how I would have gotten through if I hadn't called Tranquility. They are with you every step of the way; they are so kind, considerate and understanding, and they are very prompt. Tranquility Funeral Services Inc. were great with helping when my family passed. Amazing professionalism and care was given, but they unfortunately were not able to generate a legitimate proof of death certificate the first time. Specifically, the certificate was dated and signed on a date before date of death. People rely on funeral services in time of need, and this is unacceptable.This causes a multitude of problems from processing their death. It should be expected at any Funeral Service company should be able to produce a proper death certificate but this unfortunately not the case. If leadership at Tranquility wants to rectify the damage done, please contact the remaining family.

A number of years ago, I had to arrange the cremation of my mother. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences in my life. My husband of 25 years recently passed away on September 26th. I googled various funeral sites and came across Tranquility Funeral Services, Mississauga location. Right off the hop, this Service was different. They provided prices up front on their website. Fortuitously, they were close by so I went in the next day and met with Brittany. She was kind, sympathetic, professional and treated me with dignity at all times. She explained their basic services and exactly what the prices listed covered. She then provided other options that were available and again provided prices. These were all written down on a handout provided. She answered every question I had. She even provided comfort when I broke down a few times during this meeting. There was NO pressure, NO sales pitch. Brittany just outlined the basic services and the extra services they could provide and always, always, provided the price for each service. In less than two hours, we had made all the necessary arrangements. Tranquility prepared all the necessary paperwork that I would need to submit to the Government as well as the paperwork needed to begin settling his Estate. Brittany stayed in touch with me directly throughout this whole process. It was stress free. I felt good about the arrangements I made. I am very grateful to Brittany and Tranquility Funeral Services and I highly recommend them. Please trust and believe when I say Tranquility Funeral Services will assist you in a kind, dignified, and stress free manner.

Although we found out about Tranquility after we chose another funeral service, we purchased an Urn through them after shopping around everywhere. They had the nicest selection and best prices on Urns and made sure we received it on time. The employees are very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate trusting them for their full funeral service.

Recently I was at an internment for a very close friend's mother. The funeral/internment (given Covid no church services) was set for 11:00am. The attendees were all there. The priest was there. The time came and no casket. We called the office . ...they left some time ago and will be there momentarily". 10 minutes passed. Another call to the office. A minute or 2 later the unmarked mini van showed up. The two lady employees disembarked. One dressed decently while the other in skin tight leggings and skin tight white turtle neck and obviously exceptionally well endowed - thoroughly not appropriate for the occasion but not bad for a night out at a bar if you're looking to get free drinks. Regardless of whether this company is less expensive or not than others

The team at tranquility was able to quickly provide my Dad a peaceful, honourable send off. Chris was extremely respectful in handling our family from start to finish and even there after. Very grateful to have made tranquility our choice.

We lost our baby girl recently, she was 25 weeks. Tranquility Funeral Service did everything for us and we are beyond appreciated for everything they've done during this difficult time. Thank you everyone, thank you Sheila, we will always thankful for the service you've given to us.
