Soul Body Relax Massage
I met Arlene at an advanced Raynor Training in Edmonton.I was in a situation where i could hardly lift my arm. I previously had two RMT treatments to try and fix it i did get some mobility back but still couldn't lift past my shoulder. Arlene took the time working my thumb an little finger for about 40 minutes then up my arm and into my shoulder. The next day had full mobility back and 0 pain.. too this day no recurrence of pain or immobility. Arlene truly has magic hands.

Absolutely lovely, calming, and serene atmosphere. Arlene is very gifted at explaining her methods clearly so you understand what she will be doing over the course of the massage. The massage itself is amazing! For the first time during a massage, I was relaxed enough to drift off. Arlene is incredibly intuitive when it comes to reading your body and your reactions, just amazing! I will definitely go again!
