Its 9th April/evening..Poor Drive Thru service and unable to see order on screen. Always get messed up with wrong order and they won’t listen even passed rude comments. Specially one Indian girl along with Indian Boy were so ill mannered and impolite !!!It’s very frustrating & annoying.Please hire someone who could respect’s customer & instead of being rude understand what customer wants.

Usual Tim's experience. Classic food, service could be fryer having so many employees are in but takes some time for one to get to register. Still, not tooong wait.

I know this location does not get many employment applications but management needs to make sure that employees can clearly and effectively communicate in Canada's official language English. Poor verbal communication skills is leading to mistakes with customers orders and customers having to repeat themselves multiple times.

Oh no.. please do not mess up customer’s order.I ordered an iced coffee with one milk NO SUGAR. when I got home, I found there’s sugar in my coffee. Young staffs, Please please focus on customer service instead of chatting while you are working.

No fire sprinklers. Indoor dining should be closed. Very slow, unprofessional, yelling to each other, the beep in incessant and deafening. Tables aren't washed or kept clean. One part of of your website says no delivery, another part says there is. Pick up and delivery are served 1st. It seems that people inside, standing, waiting and waiting should be the priority. You could close indoor dining.

Stopped in to grab a coffee and use the washroom. Men's washroom was disgusting - looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days, but I can't imagine that is the case. Coffee wasn't prepared as ordered - I wish I could say that hasn't happened before! Unfortunately I was well on my way before tasting it and I wasn't about to go back to get it fixed. Come on Tim's, you're better than this!

After 2 years, nothing, and I mean nothing, except the staff. They take at least 15 minutes through the drive through, get your order wrong, do not stir your coffee unless you ask for well stirred. They just do not have a workplace constitution. Many times I've had to bring my coffee to another Tim's where they get it right. If you do not have 15-20 minutes to wait for your order, don't go

management is horrible and every single crew member talks about each other (even management) and bullys their staff. Environment its toxic its not even a workplace at this point. very sad and pathetic especially for management who allows this.
