Everyone wants their health concerns addressed immediately, but with a health care system that’s stretched to the limit and one that everyone has access to, it’s impossible.It’s not the fault of reception, the nurses, or the doctors. I’ve had my own health concerns and like everyone, I’ve been triaged. I’ve been fortunate to have Dr. Mail as my family doctor since I was born, and his attention to his patients is in a calibre of its own. Thank you! Don’t retire.

I was very lucky to have been transferred to this doctors office when my doctor retired after 35 years . Kristina Morrison Is my np and She is the best ! Never have I felt judged or dismissed with anything I come to her with and is always so helpful Thanks!!!! Vancouver family Practice and everyone who works there are amazing!

For Carolyn Feeley. This doctor does not pay attention to the family’s concerns about the patients welfare with proof. I have called in and emailed in multiple times about a patients addiction with the doctor doing absolutely nothing while the patient is on methadone, and drinking alcohol, smoking and taking prescription meds while on a oxygen tank. She has made the patient feel like it’s okay and allowed to drink alcohol while she prescribes methadone to her which strictly says “ do not drink”. Be mindful about going to this doctor and having this doctor care for your loved one.

Been a patient for over 30 years from when clinic used to be in South Granville location. Many changes over the years. It significantly declined in service levels when all the old" desk staff that used to be at Womans Hospital that moved to Fairmont building were suddenly let go. The current desk staff are a challenge to deal with and do not exhibit that "team" and "can do" attitude with awesome customer service like previous staff were so good at."

My Doctor is amazing. I get the best healthcare thru this clinic. I've been going here for over 20 years (when it was at W&C Hospital) then Fairmont Building now 12 ave. The reception frustrats me you can be on hold for up to 30 min. Not cool in my book. But small price to pay for amazing doctors.

It is impossible to call without being on hold for 30 to 60 minutes and longer and then the call just drops so there goes another 45 minutes. I had to call 3 times in a row due to records that were not updated so I spent a significant time on hold.Unfortunately the clinic is generally very disorganized and I have had referrals not being made and even a call with someone else's test results.I have a family doctor at the clinic who I haven't seen in years as I am always booked with other doctors so there is no consistency, although I have to say that most doctors there are very helpful.
