I was very leery going to a Dodge dealership based on past experiences. These guys were beyond awesome. The price was very fair and they kept me informed the whole way through. Extra kudos to Shawn and Murray.

I purchased a RAM from Derouard's recently and I cannot say enough about the great service I had. Nick and Chris went above and beyond to ensure I got what in wanted.There seems to have been some leadership changes and a big culture shift at this dealership recently. They clearly have made customer satisfaction their number one priority.As we transition out of the pandemic, our society is still experiencing the lingering effects, especially in procurement of parts. Derouard's is not immune to this, but their ability to adapt and accommodate me when there was a delay for an important item for my truck, was nothing short of stellar.If you new a new vehicle and want to feel like a customer, and not a possible commission cheque, go to Derouard's.

I don't know where to begin. This dealership is amazing. Had a mechanic look at my vehicle right away when every other garage was booking 3 months in advance. Their mechanic Murray Zandburgen could not do enough for us in a stranded situation passing through Kenora. Their entire staff are knowledgeable and friendly with only my best interest in mind. I will never forget this experience and am forever grateful as I know you will be too for being a Dersoard customer.

I dont normally stop or stay in kenora. But, this time I had issues with frozen DEF fluid and needed a place to thaw out the truck. However, 2020 Ram 2500 had CP4 recalls. I Found Derouard Dealership very willing to accommodate and work around simple issue than their counterpart Lakehead motors limited out Thunder Bay. It was worth the wait having my CP4 replaced with Cp3 and great hospitality from Service desk (Justina). I'd recommend 5 stars

Didn’t have a positive experience with the parts department. Had to wait over an hour for a parts call back for a quote. When Mark called back, Found him very ignorant and cold. Ordered from Winnipeg.

Too bad there’s no option for no stars! We’re travelling cross country and had an issue with the dashboard screen going blank. Call this dealership and were told that they were booking 2 weeks out and couldn’t help us. Unbelievable that they wouldn’t even suggest that they could take a few minutes to see if it was something simple and send us on our way. We ended up calling our dealership in Vernon BC and the service manager, Ron was super helpful!

Brought our car for tires to be changed over and an oil change, walked out with a $325 bill! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

My old car breakdown on a 4000km trip, and these guys were absolutely brilliant for selling me one of their used car. In 24h of my first call, we were back on the road. Inspection was done, the car is great and Derouard team handled the situation super good. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used car. !! 10/10 !
