Wow..The service is tooo good. Cashier and other team member are amazing. You guys are so good....Whenever I come here for shopping I never get disappointed. Exceptional customer service. Going to come here again. Even if there are only 10mins to close the store then also you guys were so welcoming to the customers so energetic...just awesome

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service I received. Not only was all the employees on their phones but we were not greeted. I went up to one girl who was on the taller side for help and instead of helping me she directed me to the cashier who was already assisting a customer. During the holiday season you would expect to see some better customer service but instead it was the worst customer service I have ever received.

This store does not care about customer service at all. The employees are not helpful. Have never had a good experience in there ever but my daughter wants to shop there.THIS TIME, they wouldn't let her pay with her own cash. Don't really want a sale that bad do they.

I could have strangled the girl working there, I think a bag of bolts would have been more helpful. Completely horrible customer service, I called earlier in the day and asked for items to be placed on hold - when I arrived she said she would go get them but then spent another 3 minutes working on her paperwork at the till with me standing there with my children. Then when she finally went to grab my items they hadn't actually been put on hold and the size that I needed wasn't what I had asked for so I made a wasted trip. Not one out of the three people working asked if they could help me with anything even though I was clearly looking for another size, two of them chatted away at the till and another was off chatting to a friend at the door. I certainly wont be back to this location. I do however like the clothes and may even just buy them online and skip the adolescent uselessness all together.

I wish i can give below zero rating for the store. I went to return something at Marlborough location around 6:30 pm. The store was suppose to close at 7. First the black young lady on till she told me I have to wait a little bit until she is has to get the help from her manager for return. She was counting her till for closing while I was waiting. I said ok and waited for the other white hair old lady who i think was store manager. I waited on the counter almost 10 minutes, and when the manager came on the till without even helping me she took over other lady and started counting the till. The young lady said she is going to back for sweeping. they still had 30 minutes to close the store when i went in and they were already counting the till while as a customer i was waiting. When I asked them to help me first, the old lady said I have to wait as she is counting the till. I told her the store is closing at 7 and you need to help your customer first. She said I am the manager and i know my job. She was rude and loud. In mean while the the other black lady came back at front and she asked her manger what is going on. To that the manger said i told them to wait but they don't want to wait. the young lady was extremely rude and in loud voice she told us we need to wait as we are closing the store and we are counting the till. I told them while customer is here you are suppose to help your customer first. I told them to give me the item I wanted to return back to me, to which she grabbed my item from counter and gave it to me very rudely and walked off.I told them i will complain to the manger about this, to which both of them said very rudely go ahead we don't care. and the lady with white hair said she is the manager so it does not matter.

My Daughter and I went shopping for her birthday and I LOVED Alex and Ana!!! They were amazing ans super helpful! I am deaf and many people treat me as tho I'm an inconvenience and they absolutely dis the opposite! While there they had a horrible Wan swear at them and berate them because her child broke a squishy toy all over her shirt. These women handled her with civility and couth she definitely didn't deserve!!! Congrats to this store for have such amazing staff and save us parents on a shopping spree with teenagers!!

I have a very bad experience with this store. The assistant manager was laughing at me when I approached her store. I had an dispute with her previous due to an item and from than on, she makes me feel not welcome each time. I dread going in there each time I see her and try to not go in when she's working.

I have purchased clothes for my 7 y/o son from this store quite often and never had bad experiences until today. The Asian short hair cashier working today not only did not help and acknowledge us, but also took the opportunity to yell at us when my son tried on a sweater . She yelled really loudly to ensure everyone in the store heard and turned their head around. We did apologize saying we actually didn't know that. Once again, she did not even bother looking at us.When I paid for the sweater, she did not said a thing but kept giving us a dirty look. She was very very rude. What was wrong with her? Was she in a really bad mood today? I don't think she has the needed customer service skills to work at the store. I will never come back to this store ever gain.
