Unfortunate encounter. Brought my iphone 12 in for a screen repair. Noticed that the volume control and face ID would not work following the repair. The screen also lights up every 10 seconds or so, which drains the battery quickly. I was told to take the issue up with apple. For obvious reasons that was not productive. I returned to request a refund. I was told 'this is not walmart'. He also asked me if I was 'having money problems'. Definitely regret bring my phone here. I'll have to get apple to address the issue now. Unfortunate.

Happy to got my repair done from owner Sagar, very nice guy to deal with. He gave me discount on accessories plus repaired got done for less than 100 dollars for iphoneX. I got estimate about $280 somewhere else. So i was shocked about smart wireless price.Definitely will recommend to others to visit smart Wireless.

I go there for my iphone 11promax screen replacement i surprised with there prize and the quality they give to me . I recommend everyone go there and check their service . They changed my iphone screen within 15 minutes only . Such a professional man .

Really nice guys. I took my iphone 7 in as the screen was shattered and they were able to repair it within 30 minutes. Screen works great now. Thanks to them I was able to recover all my photos of my kiddos. Thankyou for all your help.

Probably the worst place I have ever been to get my phone fixed. My iPhone 8's wifi antenna broke and my phone wasn't able to catch any network. In the first week of January I called this store and came across someone named Sagar who assured me that he will replace the antenna for $65 and I won't get the same problem again. I got it fixed and it worked well for one month until it again gave the same problem in February and again I called and Sagar says bring it to my store and he apparently said there was some wiring issue and gave it back to me. Once again, one month later in March I had the same problem I call him he again tells me to drop off the phone and says the job will be done within 2 hours. Well it didn't happen and he didn't call me at all that day and I called his store a lot that evening but no one answered and finally when someone did they gave some excuse that it'll be done by the end of the day. Next day I had to myself show up at his place after my work in Toronto and I ask him why he didn't answer or call he didn't say a single word about it and didn't feel sorry or anything which should be a courtesy. Apparently out of nowhere he says I dropped the phone (though I didn't) and says all parts of the phone have been displaced. I agreed and he said come the next day and also said he will call me once done. Still he never called me and after everything I myself had to call him once again to check the status of the phone and he said it is fixed and if you face this problem again I will take money for it. I picked up the phone that evening and guess what the phone's antenna didn't even last 30 minutes until it again stopped receiving networks. At this point I was just done with him and I ended up changing my phone even though this Sagar ended up taking $65 for doing absolutely nothing. One of the worst customer service and phone service I have ever received and also this is the first time I have reviewed a store and I definitely mean it when I say be careful of this place and the associated disgraceful service provided.
