Prices are expensive and equivalent to other meat shops. Quality has gone down significantly and not impressed with the customer service. You don’t like it to bad is how they make you feel. I have spent a lot of money on orders at L&M Meats and won’t spend a penny more. Small local meat shops better service and in fact better prices on quantity. For being an all in one meat facility the prices should be better as they once were. Things have gone up but when your the same now or even more expensive than others and your service is awful why would anyone buy from you guys.Anyhow. Waist of time. Reviews.

We moved into Innisfil recently, and I have been looking for a butcher to get meats for the Family along with our pup. OMG I am beyond ecstatic that I found this place.The staff are super helpful, and kind and accommodating. walked me through the process for a phone in pickup order. I wish I got her name, she was soo helpful. Got a pick up confirmation within 24hrs WOW! how AWESOME IS THAT.We picked up some steaks, chicken and scraps for the pup. The pup is in HOG heaven, she is loving every morsel. The steaks. again OMG, perfectly cut, nice marbling and the best part DELICIOUS!We have now found our BUTCHER!Can't wait to try the Goat, mutton and Rabbit.Happy Holidays L & M Meat Distribution Inc. My only spot for my meat purchases. Hands-down the BEST! Fresh/quality meat, well cut, well packaged. Excellent price. I now order online and get it delivered.

I was referred to L&M meats this past summer after my friend cooked a couple steaks for my wife and me on my birthday and I asked where the heck did you get these ? He then told us about L&M and we had to go for ourselves this past weekend.Not sure how or why there are any negative reviews here on this site ???In my experience to L&M meats, I found the place to be awesome and the staff are extremely knowledgable about the products they sell and prepare and they were ALL “unbelievably friendly” !!! The Steaks were out of this world fabulous again Saturday night !!! can’t wait to try one of the prime rib roasts we purchased this coming weekend. Outstanding products, pricing and staff !!! And definitely worth the drive from the city.

I was driving from work and saw a new billboard along 89. Across from Walmart in Alliston. I called them and asked are they like a butcher? They are and more. I decided to drive directly to them and I was where are they? But Google maps took me straight to them. It's a country setting what you would expect form a fresh meat farm. I even saw they have new technologies and impressed with the lay out. I ended up picking up 4 steaks. And this is where I have to say. It was the best quality, cut, marbling and taste I have ever had in my life. I didn't know how good something could be. I highly recommend you check out this place. It's worth the drive. And I also found out they have a place in Beeton as well. I can't wait to make this place a part of my weekly shopping. Congratulations folks on a business.

Been meaning to write a review for the past little while just never got around to it. This place not only sells quality meat but has quality customer service. The steaks are absolutely amazing the Korean style ribs phenomenal, veal is bar none just an all-around great place to get meat. I usually call in a day or two before place an order and they promptly call me back within a day or two I usually deal with Drew on the phone and she is phenomenal always very helpful and pleasant on the phone. If you’re not getting your meat from here you’re missing out.

Horrible people, horrible service. I placed 3 orders. Just 3. One was missed out. The rude lady was behaving as if someone died in her family and I was responsible. I drove 67km to this farm. No empathy. No kind words. Just I don't care. It's non of my business, and I can't help you attitude. Twerps!

Even when you place a huge order for a month in advance they still put you last on the list for the pick up day.because they want to attend to the daily walk in customers. From customers perspective, orders are made because you want to pick up early enough.. Did not like my experience though..

Great meat selection, you can order ahead and pick up, or order and have it delivered. You can also go inside and shop, which us what we did. Great customer service, very friendly looking forward to returning.

I ordered a few things for the first time a few weeks ago. Lamb Souvlaki, burgers, ground beef. The meat quality/quantity is very good for the price. The customer service was good as well with regards to keeping me updated. The only issue i had was that they were unable to co-ordinate a specific delivery time (or even window) and i was waiting home all morning and afternoon, but when we finally left with 9 children for laser tag for my kids birthday, I got a call that there was 200$ of meat sitting on my door step back at home. I had to leave the party, drive a half hour to get home, lug all this frozen meat into the basement (husband was supervising kids at party) and rush back by the end of the party.
