We take our fire extinguishers in to them every year and they are quick to check and recharge if needed. I'm really impressed with their customer service as well, very friendly and helpful.

Watch out! This company performed an inspection on a fire suppression system in October of 2017. At the time of the inspection their inspector would have noted the manufacture date on the tanks was November of 2005. As per the rules and regulations around kitchen suppression systems tanks are required to go through a hydro test every 12 years. This would mean that as of November 2017 the tanks for this fire system would have been 12 years old. Fire safety services again returned to conduct another inspection April 2018 which was 5 months after the tanks would have been 12 years old. They again proceeded to certify the system without hydro testing the tanks. Please if you are thinking about being their customer or have been their customer in the past they may be putting your business safety at risk by neglecting to appropriately inspecting your fire suppression system.

These men have had to come in a few times this year to inspect my condo building.
