My experience with sleep country was quite disappointing. I feel they're not super honest about their 100 day exchange. I checked in the span of 20 days to get another comfort level in the same bed that I had purchased. They never had the comfort level I wanted in stock. Not in that line of the bed that I had bought. So I had to upgrade" to what they recommended and paid quite a lot. After more than a month

The mattress feels different at home after a month or two. Our 3 month old memory foam mattress was comfortable in the store and at home, at first. However, now we find it is hot and has significant sagging where we sleep. I'm sure some people would say that's breaking in" the mattress

I walked in the sleep country the other day the one in South Keys Ottawa they were so high pressured I could barely get a word in edgewise when I told him finally I did not want to buy it like I told him at least four times they finally got the hint the funny thing is I kept asking for a memory foam mattress and I’m pretty sure they never even showed me what I wanted I cannot stand that kind of sales pressure they will never get my business

the most disrespecful and greedy sleep country store in ottawa. no transparency at all, he does not tell you price match + 5% below but only tricks you and sells at original price.guys!!! we can get at least 50% on all mattresses in other sleep country stores in ottawa. Lets go to other sleep country stores so that this one will have no business:)

My wife and I had wonderful service when we purchased an adjustable bed from this Sleep Country location in Ottawa. We'd especially like to commend the wonderful service started with Haroon who took my initial call last year and dealt with the sale overall from start to finish. Silvester was also very helpful, particularly on a recent product question. What a great team!We love the bed that we purchased from Sleep Country and how we feel about the bed is only improved with having been offered exceptional service from this store - professional, knowledgeable and caring, truly beyond the highest expectations of even my wife who is a perfectionist who is generally never satisfied with service. But she is here! Thanks so much.

Ask for Silvester! He will work hard to get you a great bed at a reasonable price.We have purchased two beds from him in the last few years, and he gives outstanding service.He ordered a bed for me for another province, and he did all the legwork to coordinate things with the other store.He was very responsive to my follow up emails. In all, it is terrific service and a great product that will keep people coming back.

SleepCountry Canada has major process deficiencies that leaves customers blocked from using their homes. Unprofessional delivery crew refused to wear a mask and left the bed frame blocking our washroom door downstairs. Customer service will not make an exception to get the issues resolved several days after it happened!! They have left us with zero courtesy of correcting their crews behaviour and put us at risk in our own home and blocked the usage of our house claiming there is no one who can come and take this heavy base upstairs and install it before days. Highly not recommended. P.s. sales crew was great but the company service is terrible.

One star is too much! I have raised my children on Sleep Country for over 25 years and the Daze Road Ottawa store has turned me against this establishment. In trying to find a solution to a problem that was created by their mishandling of my purchase and subsequent delivery of wrong item I was treated like someone who was at fault. I was spoken down to and the “used car salesman” tactics and words were used on me. Total disrespect for seniors and now I’m feeling victimized because I was not within a 100 day exchange. Something I was never made aware of! I will take this further as the way I was treated is not acceptable. Stay away from this store!

Go in, ask for Julie-Anne and you will be in AMAZING hands for buying a new mattress! I have dealt with her on several occasions for purchasing multiple mattresses, and each time I'm met with the most amazing buying experience. Her attention to detail, product knowledge, professionalism and overall sales ability is INCREDIBLE. The product lineup is great, but I keep coming back to this location BECAUSE of Julie-Anne! And her follow-up after the sales process is truly wonderful... It didn't matter if I was coming in for a $500 mattress or a $3000 mattress, I was treated with the same attention. I love that!!! And I love that Sleep Country offers great products for every range of purchaser, any bed size, and all sleep types.

Great selection of mattresses and bedding! We needed to replace our current bed with one that is comfortable and meets both our needs. Julie-Anne was fantastic, showing us a wide variety of beds and explaining the merits of each one. While our initial quest was for a less expensive Queen memory foam bed, we ended up buying a Dual King adjustable one. Cannot wait until it gets set up and delivered. If you are going to this location, ask for Julie-Anne’s assistance. Sleep Country is lucky to have such an amazing employee!
