I love this pet store. We don't get a chance to come too often, as we are walking distance to our neighborhood pet store, but if you live close by, please give this store your business.Very clean store with helpful and friendly staff. We love the dog wash station, and come here 4 times a year to wash our dog.The dog wash station is well organized, and comes equipped with ample soap and conditioner for your pup.There is also a hair dryer and towels available for the after wash.Our dog does not like baths, but the staff have us treats to help us alleviate any anxiety with her wash. This makes the bath experience so much easier.The best part... The staff clean up after each bath, so the wash stations are left clean and organized throughout the day.They have a great selection of food, dog collars, toys and other products. Just a great store all around.

Good place to wash your dog in the winter. They no longer seem to have conditioner, aprons, or complimentary treats though.

Super nice young staff working there. Open on Sunday's, good parking that is free, excellent doggie bath stations with all the shampoo, towels, treats are all.incldued, and there's even aprons so you dint get doggie shake spray all over you. Huge selection of collars, leashes, treats, and food for dogs, cats, and most domestic pets. I'll be back!

$10 self serve dog bath is an amazing deal when you have a husky.The stairs to the bath are helpful for an old girl with sore hips and the powerful blow dry is essential for double coated dogs. The enclosure meant we could let our girl run around a bit to work out that bath time anxiety.The complimentary shampoo and treats are a nice extra that we didn't expect.Really friendly and helpful staff. We initially came in to ask about the grooming service, and after seeing the self serve facilities we decided to try it ourselves.Felt like highway robbery.

I'd like to give a special shout-out to Erika the Store Manager. She was the most welcoming person we had ever interacted with at Pet Valu. Helped us get everything in order we needed with a quick and painless process. At the end of it all, we ended up taking home this beauty. Welcome to our family Whisper!

I have been going here since I got my dog and the staff are amazing. Very helpful, and my last visit was incredible - the woman at the front helped find me some serious discounts through my purchase history AND offered to find more items in the back that were discounted. They also have great pet washing stations

Would not allow us to use a dog wash well before close because they didn’t feel like it. Had to deal with urine smell in car with no sympathy or help from employees
