Helpful staff. Quality meats keep me coming back. The dog food content is something I have faith in. My Golden Retriever doesn't leave any behind in the bowl but in truth, she's not a discriminating eater... Wouldn't mind more food samples so I can try out the new products before committing to a jumbo container of something less than delish.

Like most Costco stores, this location can get very busy on the weekends but there’s always free parking available and the lines move quickly. Nice to see some cultural-specific options offered here too. If we’re in the area again, we’d return.

This place is consistently bustling with people, no matter the day or time. However, I would recommend arriving early in the morning to secure a parking spot and enter the store without having to wait in line. It's an excellent destination for purchasing food for a barbecue, picnic, or any type of party. The food court offers delicious sundaes, and the fries are particularly noteworthy—they are simply mouthwatering.

Nice wholesalers. Good range of products. It should have few more branches in surrey.

I actually hate going to this tiny Costco. I went at 9:20 am this morning and it was packed. At this time however there seems to be no samples to be had. Which is fantastic, they should get rid of samples all together as there are far too many people and it is just too small for a city of this size.On the other hand. The staff in this Costco are fantastic. So helpful and organize the lines so there is hardly a wait. The staff make this place!

There is no doubt in my mind that this Costco is the worst in the lower mainland.It’s busy 24/7, there is no good time to go. The people who shop here walk and act as if they’ve had lobotomies; pushing, shoving, or just stopping in the middle of an aisle for no reason.The high traffic areas are tight. The cooler, meat, and dairy sections have no flow and you could be gridlocked in there for minutes at a time.The parking situation will have any sane person losing their mind. People act like they own the place - stopping and blocking traffic to get a spot, sitting with their turn signal on for 15 minutes if they need to while they stare at the poor people they followed from the front door to their car to unload their groceries. Even if there’s an available spot a few spaces down. They don’t care.For the people who enjoy Costco for their samples - this one rarely has any. They’re also out of stock of a lot of items, consistently.The staff would all rather be anywhere but there, and I don’t blame them. However, we pay for a membership to shop there. Every cashier I’ve had doesn’t say hello, reaches for my card, and doesn’t say anything. When asking for my items to be put in a box, I’m met with “there’s some by the door”. When did this start happening? All other Costcos will box your items without being asked, and are generally pleasant to speak to.To conclude this review, I urge you to visit any Costco besides this one. Don’t be fooled by the positivity here. This place is absolute madness. Exiting the store after a 30 minute shop feels like you’ve just run through a burning building. Pass.

This Costco is the most chaotic one I’ve been to and definitely wouldn’t return. Store associate Gagan (or something similar) was particularly useless and rude and should not assist customers with self checkout. Multiple people asking him questions and he was blatantly rude and unhelpful. Perhaps he should be in a less public facing role as we weren’t the only ones frustrated and waiting for help.

It's Costco. Lots of good bargains to be had, but like anywhere else, not everything is a bargain. We got there just as it opened, hoping to beat the rush, but no such luck. The place was crowded but you have to expect that. Fortunately everyone behaved and it was a pretty good shopping experience.

First, it was my first time trying Costco's pharmacy, and I heard great comments about it. I said, Good morning; this is my first time at this Pharmacy. I handed over my prescription and my care card with the updated addresses. She was the worst customer service I have encountered in my life. I have been working in customer service for over 30 years. She accused me of not updating my information, which I did. She needed to update her system, and I gave her my insurance benefits card. She had no idea what Canada Life was—asked her colleagues who is this company. If she hires new, there is no need to put someone else down to make herself feel better. She doesn't even try to help me. She could ask her colleagues to assist. I never return to Costco pharmacy again.
