The doctor himself is extremely sincere knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with. His receptionist Erin is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in 35 years of telephone customer. She is aggressive she doesn't listen and she hangs up on you!

Dr Silverman is one of the best doctors I have ever seen in my life. Very kind, caring, and professional. He is willing to spend a lot of time to listen to his patients, and give them an effective medical advice. His secretary Erin is also very kind and always willing to help patients.
