Mr. Lube + Tires

The service I received at this store was phenomenal, I came in to check my tires because my tpms light was on and not only did Lucas and Johnathon fill up my tires. They also helped me get rid of the light on my dash. They are so welcoming and helpful. Don’t come to this store just because of the many services they provide. Come here for the amazing customer service and clean environment. Thank you so much Lucas and Johnathon!!!

Let me start with this will be my place for oil changes Tire changeovers and Etc. and a little wordy.I recently had my winter tires taken off and my all seasons put on my vehicle I have a set of each already mounted. I had been driving and I started to notice a sound like a flat tire. I got out walked around the car there is no flat tire, I tapped the tires just to ensure and they were solid. I started driving again and I still heard the noise but I continued on. When I had gotten to my destination I had a little bit of time so I Googled what it could possibly be and the explanation was a possibility that a belt inside the tire had let go which means I would need to replace the tire. Heading to my destination meant driving on the QE2 at 110 clicks and this is important due to what I found. Once again when I got back from my destination I checked my tires again this time I'm also looking for bulges which the internet told me to look for.This may seem a bit lengthy but you need the whole story. I had been out and one more time I walk around my car and I checked the tires and I checked the pressure, all is good with the exception of the noise. I did notice my rear passenger tire was being held on ONLY BY TWO LUGNUTS yes only Two!! I felt sick to my stomach especially thinking I was driving like that on the highway.Unsure what to do I Googled the closest Mr Lube to where I was and it was not very far only a few blocks and I decided to drive over there and prayed that they were still open being the start of a long weekend. I was greeted by Lucas and when I explained to him what I found, it was like I am not letting you drive like that. I will be putting you on a hoist and taking your tires off and putting them all back on

Awesome work. Went there with my flat tyre and the guys helped me to fix that in very quickly. The guys were so friendly. I am so happy with the service. Good job guys. Keep it up.

I came this morning for the oil change anf tire changeover. The guy told me that they'd do the tire swap after the oil change was done. To my surprise, the guy told me that there they have rule that if one of the tire was 4/32 tread depth, the wouldn't do the tire swap. He measured all of them and I couldn't believe when he said that one of the tire was badly worn out and it measured 4/32. I'm not convinced that was true so I went to Canadian Tire in the afternoon for the tire changeover. They did the service in 1/2 hour with wheel balancing. Their report shows the tread depth of ALL tires are 6/32. My thought guy on duty this morning simply didn't want to perform the tire swap service. I was a regular customer six years ago on this location until I got a new vehicle where all the services and maintenance were done by the dealer. So I thought coming back would worthwhile. Unfortunately it wasnt. I can't have my vehicle serviced again on this location .

As always I received very courteous and professional service at this location. My vehicle was received immediately. Chris, Logan, Yohon and Lucas performed my engine flush , oil change and coolant flush in a very timely , efficient manner. They were very thorough and informative regarding services i required (driveline)but just couldnt budget at this time. I highly recommend this location and this team.. Thanks guys!!

I went in after receiving an oil change with another company, leaving me with leaking oil. Turns out, my cap was gone. They topped me up on oil, made a makeshift cap, and directed me to PartSource down the road. All of this, and no charge! I’m not sure the name of who helped me out, but his customer service and helpfulness was incredible :)

Kale, Dom, and the team provided great services, and the manager Frank always has a positive vibe, providing information and discounts. It's quick and usually my go to place up on the north end; records are documented and sent to email, which is handy to refer back to when all the services: mornings are probably best to get things done and your off to do your errands. It's always a pleasure to come by this shop!

I cant speak to other Mr. Lube Shops as their always tends to be horror stories, but I’ve visited this shop multiple times now for oil changes and tire changeovers and have always had a great experience with their staff, they’re always informative about other issues but never pushy about making you shell out money you can’t afford on the spot. Pricing always seems relatively fixed and fair, although I think $180 is a little ridiculous for a tire changeover compared to other shops. Other then that I would recommend this particular location anytime.

Beware of false information. Came in to this location to get oil changed + tire swapped but they told me they needed to repair my tires due to a leak. They seemed super shady so took it to Canadian tire and they found no leaks. Will never visit Mr.Lube again.
