The staff at Trinity Manor are second to none. The residents are friendly, staff strive to take care of their residents. Spiritual needs are met even if you aren't catholic. Great view!

I work here at Trinity Manor for a little over a year now and all I can say is that working here is definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. All of the people in the building are so friendly and understanding and does their best to meet everybody's needs. The residents are super lovely and joining them for activities really helps the both of us to get to know each other (puzzles are the best!).

When we toured Trinity Manor and were deciding on an appropriate place for my husband to reside, we were assured that they could accommodate till end of life. Not quite 3 months later when my husband could not remember to press the call button, we were advised that they could not accommodate his needs. Three days later we were advised that our best option would be for them to call EMS and have him taken to Emergency for an assessment. Once at the hospital he could no longer go back because they could not accommodate him. We were left scrambling to find a place for him. This was a very stressful situation. It was also determined that he had a bladder infection. This infection caused him to be confused and he ended up falling a great deal. Therefore, Trinity Manor was not a safe place for him. I had reached out to the head nurse there for help as she had experience in this area. Not once was I advised that he could possibly have a bladder infection. This was something that I feel she would have knowledge of. I know of one other family who encountered the exact experience. Also when speaking to the assessment coordinator with Sask Health, I was advised that she had also heard that this was occurring at Trinity Manor. So make sure that you know exactly what kind of care your loved one will be receiving before deciding to move in there. With respect to your response to my review-The discussion regarding end of life care where specialized facilities were more equipped to handle certain health situations never occurred in pre-move-in conversations. I also am aware of two other families who placed their loved ones in your facility and were not advised as well.

I am blown away by the professional and amazing attitude of the lady named rhiannon whom answered your call service today. She answered all my questions and was able to help me make a few things more clear. I loved how kind and compassionate she was as well. Thank you again

Been working here for more than a year now for Life Enhancement and I know most of the residents, they really enjoy their time at the building as they can participate in various activities like watching movies, exercise sessions, bistro and things like that!

Absolutely beautiful building. Feels like walking into a 5-star hotel when you walk in the lobby. The food was by far the best thing about this facility. Had lunch with my aunt who is a resident here and the pasta they made for lunch that day was amazing. I love that they give you several options for lunch instead of just one option. My aunt was very happy with her suite and with everything the staff was doing. She really enjoyed the bus trips around the city and the trip to the museums. My family is so happy that she has a safe, and fun place to spend her retirement.

Amazing place! As an employee on the Life Enhancement team I can say that the environment and atmosphere in the building is really great! Staff genuinely care about the residents and their well being, and are truly doing their best to go the extra mile during the pandemic to ensure that residents needs are being met.

The building is new and very nice. One-bedroom suites are a good size but the studio rooms are exceptionally small. Windows open for ventilation and temperature control units work well. Meals are very good (you better like garlic in every meal). Even with rates being lower than many other places at this time, many rooms and wings are nearly vacant giving it an eerily, institutional feel. Almost all the nursing staff are very friendly but most are young and seem inexperienced. There is an overwhelming Catholic presence giving the place a phony, cult-like, religious feeling. Smiles are forced and not natural like at other care homes. Follow all the religion's rules and maybe you will fit in fine. Check the rule book before moving in! End of life care is offered but with exceptions. Unfortunately for residents, those exceptions are very common for anyone nearing end of life and will not be provided for at Trinity Manor thus requiring a sudden and unexpected move at a terrible time.

Trinity Manor at Westerra is a fabulous place to live! I am currently working on the Life Enhancement team and I LOVE my job. Every single member of the staff genuinely cares about the residents, creating a safe, caring, and comfortable environment for your loved ones to live in. I am so lucky to work in an environment where the quality of care provided is extremely high. Trinity takes a holistic prospective to senior care and truly exceeds the expectations for quality of care for senior living facilities.
