I wasn't well taken care of by the agent who was assigned to me (Noemie Leclaire). From all the questions I asked she answered cero. I was the one who did all the work, made the appointments, and talked to the seller's realtor. She disappeared and emailed the seller's realtor with the wrong banking information the day before I was about to sign with the notary (all the work was done). I'll resume it with: I'm still waiting for a gift she promised that day and I bought the house back in November.She was nice but nice is not enough to do the work. You should choose your agents more carefully.PS. She texted me a few days later asking me to rate her service with 5 stars.
