Bought two TWD cartridges one was fine the other leaked inside the packaging, the manager Sara is rude and doesn't return any phone calls and then when you do get ahold of her she is angry and extremely unprofessional. The Humboldt store is terrible and I would not recommend it to anybody.

Staff are helpful and friendly. had a issue with an item that was purchased but was able to resolve it in store quickly. looking online for stock and deals is easy and convenient. store is clean and bright. Great local business.

Like others have said, great friendly staff but I have had quality issues that are hard to ignore. I'm waiting to hear back from Tweed customer service so we'll see....So I've been contacted and they won't do anything. A bunch of excuses and apologies.I'd recommend shopping through other online Canadian dispensaries as the selection, quality and customer service are much better. And obviously shopping local doesn't help if you have problems.

Goes there quite often and every time I go I have a great experience. When I do have a problem with the product, which isn't often, they are there to listen and help. Five stars all the way.

Disrespectful staff, I didn’t have my “drivers license” but my temporary as I had just renewed my license, and my work ID with a picture and full name they would not let me in. Horrible experience and very disrespectful staff, I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service from a dispensary in my life. I feel as though I was denied service because I showed up 15min to closing and they didn’t want to deal with customers/ redoing close up duties.

The staff works very hard to keep the store tidy and they are always keeping the customer experience nice and refreshing the staff is also very knowledgeable on their strains. One of the greatest dispensaries I’ve ever been too

Amazing staff!! Always friendly and I love to visit them whenever I go there!! However there is immense quality issues with the herb that I cannot speak about enough! Always dry, always harsh, and the prices are sometimes CRAZY high! Any sales I find are herb that has been sitting over a year with no moisture packet so I avoid those like the plague! Good staff though!
