This is the second time I've purchased from Aquapura. Back in the spring, I wanted to try re-bedding the resin tank on my old (very old) Culligan water softener. They suggested the correct resin for my area, and I was able to pick everything up the next day. The process worked, proper water pressure and flow was restored, and it gave some new life to an old finicky beast.Fast forward to the fall, and we are planning some renovations. I figure it would be worth upgrading to a modern, digitally controlled softener. Ruben explained what options would work, and why a specific mechanism (the rotary valve on the Erie model) would be more reliable for our use. I was able to pick it up next day, install it very easily myself, and he even walked me through the final activation and programming steps over the phone. We live in the Briar Hill area in Alliston, On. When we moved in two years ago it became evident that we had a problem with the quality of our water. Immediately following regeneration of our Softener our water would become discoloured - a yellow/brown - pretty disgusting! For the best part of two years we had at the very least a half-dozen experts" come to the house and analyze the problem - suggestions included install filters and other so called solutions - none of which we were comfortable with. I called Aquapura in October of this year and rather liked what Ruben had to say. He had recently installed one of his softeners the next street over whereas they had complained of a similar problem to what we were experiencing. Their problem was solved with a specific type of water conditioner. Well! Ruben and his son installed our new softener a week ago and hooray it appears that our problem has been remedied. After two years we now have clear/clean water. Highly recommend Aquapura. They are great in all respects!"

Ruben (owner) did a water test and estimate for a new water system for a well hook up on our property. Extremely knowledgeable, fast install, took time to listen to our questions and explain the process and product, what we were getting and why. Very easy overall. Fantastic. Would recommend to anyone needing water treatment systems in house. Competitive pricing also.
