Petite Pearl Events is a team filled with talented, organized and visionary planners that will make your event a dream come true. I always enjoy designing stationery for their events!Nicola and I worked on one of kind tea party for a bride to be last summer and the experience was incredible! The timeline was a bit tight, but she handled everything with such ease, grace and confidence. They have such a calming presence when under pressure, discerning taste and make sure no detail goes unnoticed. This team is sure to go above and beyond for all of their clients and vendors <3

We started talking to Marcie in the early stages of our wedding planning process when we were considering different venues. Before we even hired her / Petite Pearl, she was giving us very thoughtful, honest and knowledgeable advice about the different venues we were considering. We decided to go with her because of her experience in the Whistler area, and because we liked her funny, sassy and straight forward attitude. We also liked the idea of hiring the Petite Pearl team, as you benefit from having the experience and wisdom of all of the planners. This ended up being extremely helpful on our wedding day, as we had so many Petite Pearl staff members on site to handle every little thing and make sure everything went smoothly. There were a number of issues that happened on wedding day which, as the bride, I was mostly spared from even being aware of until after the fact because the team was quietly handling everything! There is no way we would have been able to pull off the wedding we had without them. It was raining on and off the entire day and the forecast wasn't looking like it was going to improve. Despite this, Marcie was determined to make my dream outdoor ceremony happen. The team wiped chairs over and over again until we had a break in the rain, and then proceeded with the ceremony. Magically, it cleared up for the rest of the day after that!Marcie liaised with all of the vendors on wedding day so I didn’t have to use my brain - she and my photographer Tara Lilly (also amazing) adapted our timeline the day of due to the weather, and communicated between themselves so I had Tara telling me where I needed to go and they dealt with corralling everyone else so I didn’t have to worry or be on my phone communicating with anyone which was great.Marcie was especially helpful when providing recommendations on vendors, and in negotiating contracts with vendors to get us the best deals possible. As far as design, I had some basic ideas of how I wanted things to look, but really no idea how to actually pick and choose everything to execute it. Marcie understood the vibe I was going for and the designs she came up with for our rehearsal dinner / welcome party and wedding day were absolutely gorgeous. We received so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful the events were. After spending over a year talking to Marcie we have to admit we are now having some separation anxiety but we plan to still stay in touch as she is a wonderful person and was a delight to work with! Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and if we were to do it all over again we would 100% go with Petite Pearl.

Our planner Margot and the PPE team made our wedding day (and the entire planning process) the least stressful and most magical time we could've ever imagined. Our intimate ceremony and reception were beautifully decorated and we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. Margot was so organized and on top of everything so that we didn't have to worry, especially with all of the moving parts that a tiny destination wedding can bring! Nicola planned our wedding that took place recently in Whistler and words cannot even begin to describe how perfect it was. Nicola worked tirelessly behind the scenes to pull off multiple wedding events for us and made it look easy, even though we know it wasn't! We couldn't be happier with how it all came together. Every single detail was well thought out and curated perfectly to fit our aesthetic and vibe that we envisioned for the day. Our guests were commenting about how the wedding was so us and kept telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and we must give credit where credit is due, to Nicola and the whole Petite Pearl team! We know it wasn’t an easy task to get it all done but their execution was seamless, they made it look effortless AND had smiles on there faces the whole time! I honestly can't say enough good things about the Petite Pearl team, and especially our girl Nicola. Nicola was so lovely, kind, hardworking, detail-oriented and overall she is really good at her job! We even had our coordinator from the Fairmont Whistler tell us that Nicola was one of the most organized and best planners she had worked with this season, and they have had a LOT of weddings this season. Hiring Nicola and her team was the best money we've ever spent and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the most amazing, stress free wedding day!!

I cannot say enough great things about Margot and the entire Petite Pearl Events team. Margot was our lead design and takeover coordinator for our wedding in May which was complex to say the least (two venues, in two cities, all on one day).Margot absolutely knocked it out of the park and the entire day went so incredibly smoothly! Margot made the entire process very easy for us, kept us on track with detailed timelines, regular meetings & quick email responses to all of our questions. On top of that she was able to create the most exquisite decor that I could never even dream of!I would recommend Margot & the entire PPE team to anyone getting married anywhere in the Vancouver/Whistler area. Margot and her team at Petite Pearl were absolutely amazing - they designed the most dazzling venue space and made sure everything went smoothly. From the moment we met Marcie, we sensed she was a great fit and trustworthy. Throughout the process was no different as she communicated very well with us and our vendors. She is professional and punctual with meticulous organization skills (which is needed for a large venue like Sunwolf in Squamish).On our wedding day, Marcie + her team (Nicola and Roxanne) from PPE went over and beyond from beginning to end. Margot was an absolute dream to work with every step of the way. Our ceremony was very small, but we opted for a full planning package for peace of mind... and it was the best decision ever! We recently got married at Sunwolf in Squamish and when it came time to hire a takeover coordinator, we did our research. We spoke to several companies to see who would be the best fit for us and Petite Pearl was the clear choice. From the moment we started working with Marcie, we knew we were in good hands.My husband and I are both detail oriented and had already put so much time and effort into planning our day, it was important to make sure we were handing things over to someone who would put it all together the way we would. Marcie is professional, organised and knowledgeable, but we really felt like she was invested and excited for our day. The whole experience felt so personal, we were able to trust Marcie completely, so we could step back and enjoy our day without having to worry about a thing.There were a few hiccups on site the day before we arrived for the weekend and Marcie was up there immediately to deal with it, only reaching out to us when absolutely necessary.We had hoped for an outdoor ceremony and had very uncertain weather the day of, rain off and on. Marcie was our eyes and ears while we were getting ready, helping us to make the right call, even though there were several wipe downs of the chairs (thank you Nicola and Margot!), at the very last second the sun came out! It was a bit stressful but Marcie was reassuring and had a feeling things would work out the way we wanted them to.She created a detailed itinerary, liaised with all of our vendors, made sure things were set up exactly as we had envisioned and kept things running seamlessly until the end of the night, while we were able to focus on having fun and enjoying ourselves!Saying Marcie was an integral part of our day is an understatement- there's no way we could've done it without her and I'm not sure anyone else would've done it as well.We were in such good hands from first meeting until the end of the night on our wedding day and we couldn't be more grateful.Trusting someone with your wedding day, arguably one of the most important in your life, can be scary, but Petite Pearl was definitely the right choice, I can't recommend them highly enough!Thank you, Marcie!Your friends,Jess & Robert

My husband and I chose to work with Petite Pearl back in 2019 as I was introduced to them from a friend. Nicola helped with the design as well as the month of coordination for our wedding which originally was supposed to be in May 2020. Nicola was great right from the beginning. Super knowledgeable in what she does and really took into consideration your thoughts opinions in terms of design. Our meetings with Nicola were always very productive and she guided us through every step of the process. Never did I ever feel stressed about how things were coming together as I knew everything was in good hands. Instead of working with us for a year we ended up working with her for a total of 3 years due to multiple rescheduled dates because of Covid. Throughout that whole time we always felt like a valued customer and never felt forgotten. we finally had our long anticipated wedding day and it was way more then we ever could have imagined thanks to Nicola and Petite Pearls hard work. Nicola will do anything to ensure your big day runs smoothly. We can’t thank them enough!
