My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Banu this evening. The service was outstanding - incredibly honest recommendations resulted in a fantastic meal. We shared the olives and short rib to start, then shared the koobideh as our main. The flavours were beautiful and the koobideh was perfection. I have read several reviews mentioning the prices - I find the price very reasonable given the neighbourhood and the quality.

I love this place, super friendly staff.Shirazi Salad is really amazing, the best I had so far. Try their kabab Torsh, it’s really well cooked and delicious marinate.In total you’ll have a great experience specially the way they serve their rice it feels like cozy restaurant back in home, Iran.

How this place doesn’t have 5 stars?! They have homemade, delicious heartwarming, and high high-quality dishes! Are you missing your mom’s homemade stews? Here they have it. Are you missing your favorite aunt’s chicken and saffron rice? Here they have it. I couldn't stop my tears after I tasted their food for the first time, I felt like I’m in Iran, an indescribable moment! Fortunately they deliver to our place so we ordered again for the next two days after that.

Highly recommended, we really enjoyed the space, the food was some of the best. The chicken breast was amazing, I've never had a better koobideh in my life.Also make sure to have a drink I can't remember but it was like a pomegranate Marg. The lady was really really nice, she gave us tea on the house with gaz.

Went for Summerlicious. Our first time with Persian food, and we liked it!Great food, nicely presented, hostess was very polite.Desert came with a glass of Persian tea which was a nice surprise.

Banu is the best of the two worlds; honours the centuries long tradition and food culture of our tortured land in a modern setting that is reminiscent of the old days in the 70s. Perhaps not everyone’s cup of tea but it is indeed a force in the food and cultural landscape that is hard to ignore. Over a decade of service in the most cutthroat business in the most desirable area is enough to prove that they are doing it right.

I absolutely adored Banu! The food and drinks were amazing and at a very excellent price. The quality of food was exquisite and the staff was so friendly you felt like family. The eggplant appetizer dish was amazing and a standout. Would so recommend and definitely will come back!

Superb food and very authentic. Loved it. Will definitely return again. Only thing is that the card machine is quite slow so you have to rather patient when paying.

This is a nice cozy spot with great decor if you want to enjoy a few cocktails. The quality of the food they serve is great but the portions are typically smaller than your typical Persian portions you might be used to. Also they don’t always have everything (specially the kabobs) available all the time.
