The Spot - A Boutique Hotel

Absolutely adorable !The check in system they have is amazing. I love the express style you have with codes, and the text awnf with all the info. Place is actually so cute, bathroom is adorable, 10/10 recommend !

We had a great stay at The Spot! The family room had everything we needed - a coffee machine, microwave and fridge, TVs in both rooms and even a dog bowl for our pup Rupert (bonus points for being dog friendly!). The staff were super friendly and it was great value for the price. I highly recommend :)

Awesome little stop, great value, had everything we needed for a couple days if need be. Could be cleaner, little more attention to cleaning detail would be beneficial however wasn't a big deal for us. Very very loud as it's right on the island hwy but also so convenient to find and get in and out of. I will 100% stay here again, though. Recommend!

I have to say that the rooms, themselves, were very nice! The mattress was a bit old and worn feeling, but it worked. Amenities in the room were nice, and shower was hot and spacious.Now...the problem is, I would *not* stay on the ground floor again! We were woken at 3am or earlier by noises of people talking and walking around upstairs, and it carried on until at least 6am. They weren't overly loud, but it was just normal conversations...at 3am...that you could hear through the ceiling. Other reviews cautioned about traffic noise, but that was nothing compared to what you can hear through the floor/ceiling.Close to the ferry, though!

Great little place. We stayed 1 knight to catch the ferry the next day. As per normal it seems for Canada, prices are very expensive for what you get.Friendly and helpful staff.

My opinion is directly tied to the value of these rooms, and in this price range I've never found better. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and kind. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nicely outfitted. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and nice. Reception is friendly and helpful. There’s quite a bit of noise carryover from the room above if you’re not on the top floor. Also there was no hot water to shower with when we checked in at 9pm.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, newly updated and gorgeous (the shower is stunning) the rooms are very clean, beds are super comfy with cozy bedding! Hands down the MOST KIND staff! They have been so accommodating to us and our children making us feel very welcome, even bringing us a cot for our youngest and offering us another room so our kids have they're own space so we can continue to enjoy our stay once they are asleep, also offering a little potty for our littlest to use!The price is unbeatable and the area is local and close to all amenities! We will Absolutely be back ♡
