St.Clair Diagnostic Imaging

I booked an ultrasound and X-ray over a week ahead of time. This was confirmed over the phone 48 hours before the appointment. I showed up only to be told there was no X-ray tech and that I’d have to go somewhere else for the X-ray portion of my appt. Obviously I was put off, but what really irked me was the receptionist who basically said « I don’t know what to tell you. I just work here » and went on to tell me that I couldn’t even make an appointment for the X-ray and that it was walk in only across town. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because the ultrasound tech was extremely kind and patient. A very very nice gentleman. He is the epitome of professionalism and service. Great job.If you know a tech is scheduled to be elsewhere on the day of someone’s appointment, then you should tell the patient when you call them to confirm the appointment or before the patient comes in the day of the appt. Also, train the weekend receptionist on customer service. Not a great response.

Very kind and professional front desk staff, who always greet me with a smile and make visits very timely and productive. During a recent appointment, the ultrasound technologist, Rafique, was very courteous and professional as he explained the procedure details to me patiently and performed the scan. Overall very pleasant experience, and would highly recommend St. Clair Diagnostic Imaging! Thank you to the team for a great job!

My experience with this office was very pleasant and quite refreshing. It's not very often that you're greeted with a smile and have the pleasure of being treated with the utmost care. Keep doing a great job. We all appreciate the kindness in this world.

Rose the secretary was kind enough to squeeze me in on short notice on Saturday morning. Rafique the technologist immediately recognized a perforated appendix on my ultrasound and sent me to emerg. It was because of the kindness and skill of these two individuals that I received the lifesaving operation I needed less than twelve hours later. I am forever grateful to them for what they did. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Every time I or my family go to x-rays or ultrasounds, I am greeted with a smile. The ladies that work at the front are phenomenal. The technicians are very polite as well. I will definitely recommend. We are treated with the up most respect.

Top notch service the entire duration of my testing. Pleasant staff made this visit quick and very productive. Rose and Lina run a very busy yet extremely efficient Diagnostic centre. I had to take my elderly mother to get an arterial scan or doppler of her legs. Opted out of a hospital visit to go to a small clinic down the street. The wait considering the crowded waiting room was about 25 minutes which is not bad at all and I am sure better than the hospital would have been. The operator of the scan was a fellow named Rafiq and I would give him 5 stars. He was so wonderful with my mother even though she resisted and it was very difficult for him, his expertise managed to do the trick and and we go the complete scan. Highly recommend if he is the technician/operator.

Nothing but an absolute pleasure!!!! The staff are all very helpful and patient. I brought my son there for an ultrasound and x-ray. Rafique, one of the technicians is the one who found a tumour on my sons leg after the hospital dismissed it as tendinitis. I will always owe the early catch of this to Rafique and all the staff at St.Clair Diagnostic. With out their attention to detail and fast action, things could have ended terribly. Me and my family will always be very grateful . Keep up the good work team. Thank you!!!
