Ok place I guess. Quality of product is up and down. I purchased a pair of scissors ($100.00) that were crappy for the price. I wanted to return. Even a credit would have been nice. They would not do either. Now they lost my business. I did spend quite a bit there but I will go elswhare. Now, they will say that they are the only place in Ottawa for professionals to buy, but, that is not true.

I'm editing my review because they've been having a problem with their POS Machine and can't take debit card from business account.. so I have to pay from my personal visa instead of business debit!!Staff said they can't do anything about it, I called head office, they said the same thing!!This issue needs to be fixed

I just want to say that Violet is the best employee, she is so helpful and friendly all the time. She’s always offering to set things aside and call me when products are available! She’s a star keep her around!!! Thanks for the amazing service!

Sadly I had to edit this review and give it only 2 stars. I usually go to the Carling location but because I was in the area I went to this location. I had some questions about hair products and the girl serving me questioned my membership and after telling her I'm a makeup artist she said she couldn't help me with hair. I will never go back to this location. The lady who rang me in was not wearing her mask over her nose. I'm giving it 2 stars because I have had good experiences in the past.

I love this location . The staff is super helpful and accommodating when it comes to returns or exchanges. Their policy is exchange with a receipt but I have returned unopened colour here a couple times and they were super understanding . They always have the new booklets available and the store is laid out really well . This is location is worth the drive from other places around the city. Always clean and also has quite a bit of parking!

I always find more than what I'm looking for here. The store is a bit on the smaller side but still. This location is one of my favorites and the staff is always friendly.

Today sunday june 10th they were open and had a nice sale. Opening on Saturday and Sunday even if it was for a short time would be excellent for the business
