Worst customer service! The lady who answers the phone is the most condescending person I have ever spoke with, along with one of the collection supervisors.Just awful customer service which you can see from their responses to some of these reviews.Not to mention whoever answers the phone doesn’t even know how to answer the phone properly or professionally, when you call the number it def seems like a scam! I’m not sure how this person even got a career in this because they’re not very bright and truly a god awful human!

I enjoyed my experience with Marie Mathison curiously I am impressed. Generally Credit Companies often hire serious people, no emotion which complicates the exchange between them and us. But here, Mrs. Mathison to play an important role in the file of 87208. his professionalism is incredible. I'm really lucky to have done business with her.Everything is developed in peace. It's a shame that I'm at my pension, I would have hired her! People like Mrs Mathison is wanted and I wish you Marie a lot of good things, as you deserve

STAY AWAY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION OR DETAILS THEY WILL LOOK INTO YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA. Giving them a 1 star is more then generous. I have been getting phone callsto settle an outstanding loan and spoke with a extremely rude lady and that was very condescending. They laughed about how my credit will be ruined. Very unprofessional. I am glad I did not give my credit card information as doing research this looks like a SCAM !!!

The rudest and worst service in the world ever! Never trust them! When I was trying to email them but their email address didn’t work so I asked if they could email me through another address and could they call me back in ten minutes,the phone operator said that’s impossible!! with extremely rude tone without any courtesy and even threatened me !!!!
