I called with very specific dietary restrictions for my mother in law and they were extremely helpful and accommodating! The customer service was great and the cupcakes were delicious - Everyone loved them. Thank you very much for all your help!

Absolutely amazing!! I have ordered two custom cakes there for two different baby showers. The cakes were absolutely gorgeous and they tasted delicious. Everyone loved them! Will definitely be ordering all my future custom cakes from them :)

I'm honestly not sure why I keep going back there as I'm never happy with the customer service. I have bought cheesecake from there twice and both times they have been stale. Both times I've informed staff of my experience and both times nothing is done about it. I keep going back because I really like the salted caramel cupcakes but that brings me to my last interaction . I purchased two cupcakes and I guess the person working thought I was getting four so she put it in a four pack container which is a clear plastic container. I told her that was perfect as I don't want my cupcakes bashing into each other and I like that idea. I was informed in a very condescending manner that this would not happen again and this was a one-time deal because these containers are expensive. I'm sorry as a customer if I want to go in and buy two cupcakes and request a certain container because I don't want my cupcakes getting smashed before I get them home I should not have to deal with Attitude from the staff. As anybody who has gone into Amici knows nothing is cheap there. The least they can do is provide Stellar customer service. I'm not sure if I will be back

Great local gluten free shop. Their baked goods and sandwiches are delicious! I'm celiac and have never experienced any problems with their foods. They have a great selection of healthy items and decent prices. So thankful Amici exists in Sudbury!! Wish they had more locations across Greater Sudbury! Thanks for always being so kind and friendly.

Bakery items are always good. Staff isn’t rude, but not overly friendly/don’t go out of their way to make conversation or help. Store front is very cold.

Love the products, hate how rude and unwelcoming the staff always are. A friendly greeting or conversation would be appreciated sometimes.
