I figured Home Depot is Home Depot, why bother reviewing? But the staff here are really great. If they don't know something, the follow up with others to find an answer for you. As long as you don't go during a really busy time (understandably), you won't find yourself wandering the aisles trying to find someone to help - and you'll get real answers and advice.

When you can find them, the staff at the store are amazing. They are very helpful very generous with their time and their experience. Do not order online! If ever a system can mess up an order it's this online ordering system! Just don't use it!

Wayne!! if you can find him… he will go above and beyond for you. Probably one of the last great customer service representatives, he’s like an endangered species. We must protect him at all cost.He’s so kind and friendly, great customer service, and so knowledgeable.If Home Depot has employee of the month… he should be the employee of the month, every single month.Thanks Wayne keep up the great work :)

I can't remember his name, but there was a gentleman in plumbing/electrical the other day that went above and beyond trying to help me find the right fitting for our odd-ball sink drain. His genuine caring and concern was much appreciated and needs to be recognized in a world now where customer service seems to be slipping.We have always had excellent service here, and the selection/product availability far out matches their competitor down the street

We are very impressed with the the excellent service we received from Murray in the appliance department and with Gwen in customer service. Murray's knowledge, expertise. and especially patience (I'm a senior) helped me choose a dryer and a dishwasher that totally met my needs. The prices were the best. Gwen in customer service answered every question we had in a clear precise manner. She was efficient, thorough, and very helpful. Because of the high quality of service given to us by Murray and Gwen, we will return when my 16 yr. old washer quits. We highly recommend the Home Depot in Collingwood.

Bought a power tool. It turned out to be faulty.Returned it a week later, and there was Zero issues refunding my purchase. Purchased a replacement and the cashier/associate tested it for me before I left the store.
