Amber is one of the kindest soul I have ever met. I was looking for fertility acupuncture and I cannot be more grateful to Amber for helping me with my issues. She is extremely knowledgeable in this domain and cares deeply about her patients. She went above and beyond to help me and accommodate my sessions depending on my fertility treatments. I always felt a sense of peace and happiness post my sessions with her. She is not just the best acupuncturist I have ever worked with but also one of the sweetest human being!

Once in your life, you must try to come to see Amber! Why? If you are in pains either physically or mentally, Amber will always find ways yo heal/ ease your pain and mind.The price is generous, the clinic’s Atmosphere is nice, the important thing is Amber!!! She is amazing:-)

I highly recommend Amber! She is incredible and has helped me make great strides with my chronic condition. She provides a safe and comfortable environment for her clients and goes the extra mile by making excellent nutrition recommendations as well. I am so grateful I found her and I look forward to continuing the accupuncture sessions in the new year :)

I've been a client of Kavita's for quite a few years now and was thrilled to hear she had created her own space along with the other practitioners at Urban Wellness. I can't recommend her services enough. She's thorough, thoughtful, and just about the loveliest person you'll ever meet. If you're in need of an acupuncturist or another wellness provider - Urban Wellness is definitely somewhere I would recommend.

I have been seeing Amber since the summer and she has absolutely exceeded my expectations for a practitioner. She does everything with so much care and follows up in a manner that makes you feel seen and cared for. So much knowledge! She has helped me with a multitude of health concerns and I truly look forward to coming to my acupuncture sessions with her! Would recommend to anyone in the area! Amber is the best! :)

Love this space! I did my acupuncture sessions with Amber while I was in my third trimester of pregnancy. She was recommended to me given her pre & post natal experience in acupuncture & moxibustion. Through my sessions with her I learned she had SO much additional knowledge of things I can do at home to keep healthy & energized, which was super helpful and appreciated. Highly recommend her. Can’t wait to go back for post natal massages after I recover!

Urban Wellness is a welcoming, inclusive and relaxing space to seek help. I always feel heard and not judged when I go in for acupuncture. Kavita really cares about her patients and genuinely wants to see them get well. Treatments have truly improved my quality of life. Absolutely life altering treatment. I have had chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain from sitting at a desk, and had tried everything to find relief.Ingrid is knowledgeable, caring and thorough; with her treatment of acupuncture and cupping, I have finally been able to eliminate the tension headaches that have plagued me for years, while also being treated for a myriad of other peri menopause symptoms with her holistic total body approach. Can not recommend Urban Wellness enough!!

I cannot say enough good things about Urban Wellness and my practitioner Kavita. I've been going to Kavita for years and she always seems to know exactly what I need.
