Koodo Shop

I went in on Black Friday, totally anticipated to wait in a long line and then only to receive attention if I was buying something. This is not the experience I had. When I walked into the store an associate approached me immediately and asked why I was visiting. Then continued to chat while I was waiting in line for a terminal to open. I ended up having Saeda help me with my upgrade and purchase. Even though it was busy I was in and out of the store with my new phone in about 40 minutes. Saeda was extremely knowledgeable, and able to process my order really quickly and without problems. All the other staff were welcoming and friendly. I went back later in the evening for something else and the staff remembered me, asked about my purchase and if I had made it to an appointment I had after my morning visit. I Definitely would recommend going to Koodo in the Devonshire mall. Wow experience at this location.

Jessica was very patient with me and really helped me out today. She got me a new phone and a better plan to go with it. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and set up with my new phone! Thanks again Jessica!

I happened to stop by the Koodo store to check on some plans at the beginning of April. A representative, Ayesha, recommended a plan for members of the Ontario College of Teachers. Two weeks later, I was back in the store to activate the new plan. Unfortunately, that day, the systems were down and everything had to be done manually. I was helped by Basra who very patiently filled out all the necessary forms. The store manager, Joselina, and another rep, Makayla, also aided in the process. It was amazing team work and they should be commended for their extensive knowledge and customer service!

The woman who helped my friend with his iPhone 13 purchase was amazing. She knew her competition, have great information and took care of all details in setting up his new.phone. I would recommend this location 100%

Waited almost an hour to simply buy a new Sim card. Had to go to the store numerous times because my services don't work properly and still don't. I would not recommend this location or company in general to anybody.

I will put my issue with Koodo's connectivity aside and talk about the employees in the store. Despite their initial intention to help and doing what I needed (hence the 3 stars), the employees, mainly the manager, have poor customer service. I was shocked by the attitude, especially after I heard the manager is working in this store for 8 years. Customer service should be at the core of her job requirements and showing any sort of rudeness or attitude is not acceptable. I am hoping the owner will see this review and coach his employees on basic customer service. Thanks

I asked to speak to a person.To tell them I do not go to Detroit.I live off Riverside. I shouldn't be charged for roaming. And I can't text people when I am down the street.. I got no reply

Didn't want to do their jobs and passed me off to apple trying to get my phone replaced with Applecare+ . I've been with Koodo for 7 years and am well aware of the assistance that they can provide, as they have done it for me in the past before. But now they refuse to assist me and leave me without a phone.

I was very satisfied with the amazing customer service I had with Saeda. She was kind of respectful, honest and smart girl. Thank you
