Extremely bad service. A technician came to my home in Fergus for installing the modem, it stopped working 2 hours later. I called the customer service and asked for assisting, for the next 5 days they asked me wait at my home as there is a technician coming between 9am to 5pm. After waiting for 5 days, 12 calls to customer service( One day the customer service technician made me wait in front of the modem booting and rebooting the modem for 4 to5 times, till upto 1 am past midnight) After all this drama i decided i should give up as i never had any such bad experience from any other companies.

Excellent service and amazing staff. I want to say a HUGE thank you to Selena! I came in today with a few issues and Selena solved every problem I had and answered all my questions, we even had an amazing chat while she did it. She made my experience completely stress free and was a real treat to be around! Thanks again Selena!

Took my Mom in to the store for her to buy a new phone and to switch over to Bell from her current provider. I recommended Bell to my mom because I am a long time Bell customer.We enter the store and start to look around and the gentleman behind the counter asks if we can come back, as they are short-handed today. No hello, no can I help you, just bye, come again.Needless to say, my mom won't be switching to Bell.I don't think people realize how difficult it can be to get two 70 somethings to purchase new technology, let alone get them to the store. Was very disappointed in this Bell location.

This rating has nothing to do with the Sales Representatives...I actually felt bad for them. I have been going to the Bell Store in Fergus every night to upgrade to a Samsung S10 plus and they didnt have inventory. They FINALLY got one in and when they scanned it to give it to me another store in Toronto had stolen" it ??? My options were to wait another week for a courier or go to the Source next door and see if they could help me...and they could. What kind of phone store doesnt have phones in stock and when they do

Sarah is absolutely the best. Sarah went above & beyond in assisting us. Sarah was super helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sarah and I’ll be returning to this location again. This is the first time I have had such positive experience in a Bell store. Sarah also answered questions that I haven’t had any luck in getting answers in the past. Not only did she have the answers she also provided me with the solution to my problems. Gosh. I’m so happy with Sarah at the Fergus Bell location.

Moved my two cell phone lines to Bell from Koodo and had phenomenal service. Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us out. The customer service from all the staff was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this store.

The five star reviews from Sameer and Sarah are the owner and employee respectively. They're just trying to talk themselves/ the store up.The store is still run poorly and still isn't a Bell corporate store ( like others have said: it's a third party store with the Bell name slapped on it). My experiences at this location have been nothing but terrible even after the new management has taken it over. The employees aren't knowledgeable and that's if you can get a word in between them and the store owner flirting with each other.I walked out and went to The Source where they're kind, know what they're doing, and are willing to go above and beyond to help you. I don't know why I didn't go to The Source in the first place. I won't be looking back.

The people that work here are unknowledgeable, unhelpful and lazy. The three times I’ve tried this location I end up leaving with no resolve and make the drive to Waterloo where I’m helped properly. Do not waste your time going here.

First I spent 40 minutes on the phone with bell so they could tell me I needed a new sim card then I go to Fergus and after they charge me $15 for a new one I'm told that they are doing work on the system and that's why I had no service. Since I wrote the review I have been contacted by Bell and they went out of their way to correct the problem. I really appreciate the great service.
