Dealt with Robin Krystantos at this location. She repeatedly mislead us about a condo we liked and told us to raise our offer twice. Turns out she herself had never seen the unit. That was one of many blunders on her behalf. It was a terrible experience. She tried to coerce our inspector and lawyer when they warned us about general concerns. She failed to disclose incredibly important information that would have helped our decision making process. .On top of that she charges 2.75% commission versus the regular 2.5%- so we expected full service. This was a disgusting sub par experience that could have been improved - with honesty this would have been a simple deal.
