My absolute favourite coffee shop in New West! Their London Fogs are the best, and their decaf pour over is well worth the wait. Also went recently for evening cocktails, and while it's a smaller, curated menu the quality is truly outstanding. Love this place!

Very inviting atmosphere (mood lighting 10/10) with a cool layout/design. Friendly and helpful staff. Creative and yummy food and drink menu. Will definitely be back for when it’s a cafe in the day!

i am no chef. i am no baker. BUT THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST CROISSANTS IVE EVER HAD! fanfare. choir music. the coffee’s super good too, and the atmosphere is awesome, but they’re definitely a laidback place so don’t expect food to come fast.

Welcome addition to New West nightlife. Great little spot for cocktails and a bite to eat. Vegan menu but you hardly notice if that's not your thing. Delicious food, inventive drinks, funky atmosphere. Great addition to New West, funky and weird!

Walked by on the way to a restaurant and wanted to check it out, and came back afterwards and so happy we did!An absolute vibe - the space of my dreams. I love the collection of books written by and for community, the design of the space, and the staff (awesome recommendations and were funny). We ended up ordering a mocha and a cortado, will definitely be coming back.

Very weird rebrand. This place used to be cute and has been pastel-queerified. Why, to be more palatable to the mainstream that wants queerness to be soft and unthreatening? They did a sloppy job painting it, and looking at the newly haphazardly painted brick pained me. Food was okay, all cold, way too many enoki mushrooms on the chilaqueles and our coffee was tepid, though we saw it being made. The staff was great but something is amiss with the vibe here. I preferred Old Crow's original incarnation.

Need more!Moodswings is a gem of New Westminster. It has great atmosphere, with first class people and a great selection of items. You need to try their desert! They only have one desert on the menu because they need no other!

Old Crow Coffee + Moodswing Bar
Popped in for a quick bite hoping I could be in and out in 15 or so minutes. Was relieved to see it wasn't overly busy. Ended up sitting and waiting for my sandwich for half an hour anyways, and when the barista came to give me it they very rudely thrusted it at me without saying anything at all. And for the cherry on top the sandwich was just flavourless mush between bread. Horrible experience, will be warning others not to bother here.

This place was incredible. Really fun and funny staff, I was there for the transition from the daytime (oldcrow coffee) to the evening (moodswing). The coffee was delicious then I had multiple cocktails which were all exquisite and so well executed and thought through. The pickles were mind blowing, wow, havent seen medlar pickles before. I had the dumplings which were so yummy and a burger, vegan, but it tasted like popeyes chicken!! Im glad they are running this program and yall should check it out and support it as they are hard working team!!

Great restaurant and lovely staff. Highly recommend for anyone who has vegan friends or just needs dairy free.
