The store itself and other associates are good. My particular problem is with the Auto Centre Manager (believe his name is Roger). After having my car serviced at this location for many years, I asked him if I could have a few bags, as the ones they had previously wrapped my wheels in had ripped. He refused and said the bags are only for current customers getting their vehicles serviced". Puzzled at his response

Garden centre outside. Always good sales. Visited today for a specific item. I love that I’m able to search their website, select the location near me and see the inventory and exactly where it’s located in store. Today the staff offered quick support when I asked for help. No complaints!

First time in this location, went in to pick up cat litter. Store seemed very organized and clean and a little better merchandised than most Canadian tires I’ve been in. Found what we wanted and checked out quicker than I think I have at any other Canadian tire. Good experience.

Good store and staff for most part but 4 employees went above and beyond to not honour a price match. The item I was purchasing was a small appliance and with a flyer but two customer service agents decided to not honour it because it was below the cost price they purchase it for. I asked to see a manager and the manager refused to come out they finally got a hold of a supervisor that also would not price match. I ended up going to the store that was selling it and purchased it. It sad that because the store felt it was going to lose money that they were not going to honour their policy.

Great as always as Canadian Tire. Good location easy access with plenty of parking. They do have a lot of real discounts, I got a home appliance with $79 from original price 179. They also have a section for auto repair and maintenance. Highly recommended

Brought my car in to put the summer tires on and an oil change. Over the phone they tried to add on an alignment but I declined. I just purchased the car in November and it's been driving and steering perfectly. While waiting for my car to be finished they informed me that an alignment was being recommended. Didn't offer a reason as to why. Didn't mention uneven tire wear, etc. I declined. The employees attitude completely shifted and she became very unpleasant to deal with. My car wasn't pulling to the left before being dropped off at this store but now it is. Because of this experience I did find a great mechanic close by with amazing reviews. My car will be being serviced there from now on.

If you buy something and you don’t like the quality, they don’t want to make it valid for you, I bought a car charge and it had the holes badly aligned and it was so loose as soon as I mounted a cooler and the charge tilted, the support metal was so thin. They barely wanted to make the change valid, warning that they would not accept return except that the product is merely defective, that there is no guarantee of quality or satisfaction.

Beware if you buy a bike it is not road safe or road ready. When I biked up my bike tires were severely under inflated, brakes not calibrated properly, 3 gear in op, handle bars installed in a very unsafe manner, left peddle knocking. At a real bike shop and will post bill of what I had to pay to properly have the bike fixed

This large Canadian Tire is at the closest to the midtown in a community that serves single family homes as well as those living in apartments. Overall the store is well stocked. However, one main issue remains the section on painting. You would never find anyone that could help you and when I looked for a specific mix of paint they were not able to help me. I was told that they don’t do that anymore. This is happening since before the pandemic. Anyway unless you need to renovate your home you may actually find what you need here.
