Harpal Variach was wonderful. She answered all the questions I had on my son's account. She guided me through the application process and was quick to reply to my emails. I needed guidance and better understanding on how the process application should be started and I was soo happy she made my experience go smoothly, so I did not have to worry.Harpal thank you very much for all your help!

Very bad return. I bought Resp from children education funds inc. plan matured recently. They send me a check for the matured amount. They supposed to pay the whole amount minus the administration fee $300 but I did not realize the fees are that high. They took off roughly $6000.00 from my principal amount. It's my own money and worked very hard to pay monthly and this is what I get back. I paid $24500.00 over 18 years and got back $18000.00 how is it make sense? I would not even give 1 star rating for this company but had no choice. My daughter already in university since September 2022. I haven't received any grant till now. They told me that first grant will be paid in 2024. I don't know this work.

We invested in RESP for our daughter 18 years ago. Now that my daughter is in University taking up BS Nursing, we were able to claim the maximum amount that she is entitled to have plus the yearly grants. The claiming process comes very easy and have no problems at all.

I have four children with CEFI who have/are maturing their RESP's, and applying for EAP's. I have/had numerous queries along the way and the CEFI customer service representatives are helpful and informative anytime I have reached out to them. I appreciate their assistance and friendly service they provide, which is why I give them five stars.

Danielle represents among the highest levels of customer service I have ever experienced. Her information about RESP was detailed and easy enough for me to understand the steps we needed to process our daughters RESP application. She was very knowledgeable and detailed oriented and her answers were clear and concise. Great service, efficient communication from beginning to end of the process and she went extra mile and took the time to answer all of my questions. Danielle deserves a raise for sure.

When John turned two years of age, we opened two RESP accounts. I wanted to go with my bank advisor at TD and my wife wanted this company's RESP. Once again, my wife made the better decision. The TD account is down almost 20% and this RESP is still showing gains. We are just 6 months from John going to school and will need some assistance with completing the paperwork.

Nithyaa Ilango was great! She took to the time to explain to me my son’s RESP’s payout! It was a bit confusing at the beginning but she was extremely patient and I got it by the end of our conversation! Thank you! You are in the right field of work!

We are very happy with our decision to go with CEFI for our twins. Our plans recently matured and the total funds available were much higher than we expected. Customer service was very helpful when we needed some additional guidance.

Harpal Variach has been great to provide me with the information I have been looking for. He responded promptly to my request for information and never stopped me calling to contact me even if I missed her call several times because I put my phone in silence mode. Thanks to her, I got information I need and I am very satisfied with CEFI communication and service.

Excellent Follow Up ServiceOur daughter goes to school in the states and we had problems getting all the docs organized - US school was not responding. CEF staff helped us through the process and were really understanding and supportive. Their follow up was excellent and we received the full funds we were entitled too. Thanks Namrah for making it happen.
