A beautiful space with fantastic staff. We bought a wonderful second hand piano, and the process, including delivery and installation was completed in less than 24 hours. Sheila, and everyone their, is great to deal with and we are absolutely loving our piano.

I’ve been going to Lauzon Music a lot between 2005 and 2016 while I was living nearby. I bought quite a few pieces of equipment there (bass amps, guitar combo amps, strings, pedals, etc. I even took bass lessons there for a while. I unfortunately don’t have the opportunity to go as often now as we live out of town. But to me, the experience at Lauzon has always been extremely positive. The Lauzon Family always makes you feel welcome. Between Madame Lauzon being a class act and always up for an interesting conversation; Mr. Lauzon sitting down with me to show me walking bass lines while he’s playing on guitar; Dave being just the coolest, kindest and humblest person making sure you do feel welcome, at ease and important to them; and the list goes on. Raised to be humble, I’m not the type of person to show-off what I excel at. So when it comes to playing an instrument (which I DON'T excel at) in a musical instruments store, needless to say that it can make me feel quite self-conscious, especially when talented customers/players are around. At Lauzon’s, this has never been a concern to me as they have private/soundproofed rooms allowing to try instruments as comfortably as if you were at home. And they have such a selection of premium instruments to die for. Anyway. As I am itching for a new electric guitar that would be a keeper (and maybe an amp too), I can’t help but foreseeing a near future visit at Lauzon Music. I highly respect and recommend them.

A store with 77 years of history didn't get there for no reason.Today I talked with Sheila, who patiently explained me everything that I needed to know about digital pianos and I ended by buying one for my daughter there.Thank you Lauzon Music, for the great service and quality instruments in Ottawa.

Went specifically for Casio digital pianos because they seemed to have the best selection in Ottawa from their website. Great customer service and knowledge about the brands and features. Left with my ideal keyboard under budget, thank you!

Perhaps THE best music store in Canada. The owner's taste in guitars is world class. We are ever so lucky to even get a chance to lay your eyes on some of these; one of a kind, pieces of work.Staff are amazing and certainly, so is their Luthier. World class folks.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered my new PRS online and Sean contacted me right away to ensure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. They even set it up for me in the tuning that I use and put brand new strings on it for me. When he saw that the package was delivered he messaged me to make sure I got it and I was happy with it. I'll be a forever customer.
