I was referred to Ramnik by my mortgage company.Being a first time home buyer, We had so many queries which he was able to answer patiently. His attention to detail about the documentation is really impeccable.He finished my file on time which led to smooth handover of the house keys on the closing day.The fee he charged was not too bad as well. In fact he gave some discount as well :).I will definitely refer him to my friends.

Ramnik was delight to speak with, although it was great to deal with him over the phone but our in-person meeting with him was even better. He explained entire process and helped us handling our nervousness. We were first time home buyers and had no or mininal knowledge of real estate law and things like that but he made the entire exercise sound like a cake walk. I would Recommend him for sure.
