It was great working with Chad at New Age Technologies. Chad provided up a great upgrade to our system to simplify our use of our home theater. Chad is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job for us. Chad also was able to work with us and get this accomplished quickly. Definitely recommend.

Communication leading up to install was great. Once payment and install was completed, I haven't received any follow-up on issues that arose during the install after multiple attempts. I ended up having to fix most of the issues myself. Follow through and customer satisfaction once a service is performed could be a lot better.

We had a great experience working with Chad and his team at New Age Technology. He setup a home theatre as well as mounted a couple of tvs and soundbars in a few other rooms. Right from the start, Chad was very quick to respond with a proposal, to ordering equipment, to scheduling an installation within two weeks. As with any home project, we discovered a few challenges in our home setup and he was able to diagnose the issue and went above and beyond to help solve and provide guidance on equipment that would work best.
