Social Security Administration

I recently mailed in paperwork to replace my infant daughter’s social security card (we never received the original). This exact office left me a voicemail requesting that I schedule an in person appointment, bringing additional required documents with me.I have called the office multiple times a day for the previous two weeks and not one person has answered my calls. How can I get in contact with the office to schedule an appointment? Are their phones broken? Do they know how to answer phones? Do they hate helping people?Also, I mailed in my drivers license with the initial documents (which I sent over 6 weeks ago). If I am unable to get a hold of their office, how will I get that back??How soon is too soon to take legal action? This is absurd.

I been trying to call for over 15 days everyday calling up to 5 times and waited 18 mins and nobody answers. How come a Government institution has this bad of a service appearantly i am not the only one complaining about this and apparently they are wont care either! They need to at least give us a way to schedule online if they dont wanna answer calls

Got there early... thank goodness... very pleasant people, very helpful. Nice ish waiting area. Fairly private booths if you keep your voice down.

Everybody at this office is so incredibly nice. I came when it was not too busy which was perfect.There were 5 people ahead of me and I was in within 15 minutes. Is absolutely a wonderful social security experience.

The security guard was VERY PLEASANT UPON ARRIVAL!It took about an hour and fifteen minutes or so to get called up to a window. It was VERY CROUDED so that wasn't much time to wait considering.....Once I was called EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY!Got more than one thing accomplished that morning!!!So ALL IN ALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE WAS GREAT!!!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!AS FOR CALLING.....??????HAVEN'T HAD TO USE PHONE SERVICE YET!PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!!!!!

They are the least communicative out of all offices. There rude,leave you on hold 48 minutes then the system tells you there experiencing high volume of calls and it hangs up.

Never get thru on phone, been trying for 2 weeks now. They screwed a simple Medicare application up and I am now into it 6 months and still dont have my medicare because of their errors.

We had a phone appointment for an SSI review and we were never called. We have tried calling them many times and lines are always busy, and we have been hung up on multiple times. They won’t return our calls and we honestly don’t know what to do. We tried calling the federal SSA office, but they just redirected us to this office. My brother could lose his SSI because of this office’s negligence. I feel bad for anyone disabled in the Wenatchee area. Best of luck to you!
