There isn't enough space in a small review to say what I would recommend about Clay Construction so I will give a small synopsis. We were walking into a tricky situation with a contractor and Larry took the time to educate us on what we should expect and how we could protect ourselves as the client. We were blown away at the time he spent with us, the authentic care, the wisdom and the experience coupled with an exceptional professionalism. We would highly recommend Clay Construction because it is a company led by a man of honour and integrity. If you want a beautiful job done with excellence, on time and with transparency - you will definitely be pleased with Clay Construction. If we were to build again - Clay Construction would be our first choice always.

Larry and Clay Construction set the standard for General Contracting of Custom Residential Homes. I knew when we (Globalview Home Technology) started working with them, providing system installations for security, audio-video and home automation technology, that as a Georgie Award winner, the quality expectations would be high which often means a lot of negative pressure. On the contrary, I found the Clay Group to be very team-oriented and supportive. The site was always clean, Larry and Isaac made the scope very clear and communicated well as intermediaries with the home owner. We were always made aware of deadlines well in advance which helped us plan to support the project. Change requirements were documented and transparent. The overall quality of the trades' work was second to none and we were very proud to be part of their projects. We've done two major builds with Clay and we look forward to many more... can't say enough good things about them!!!

I have been working with Larry and supplying him since he built his first houses in 1997. Loyalty, and integrity have always been 2 of Larry's strongest traits and it is evident in his houses that he builds. Larry is very keen to detail, takes the time to review invoices for accuracy, and does this in a timely fashion. Everything that i have seen Larry build is done with a level of quality that can be tough to find in this market.
