As a kitchen installer, I’ve never seen a company that pays such close attention to details. Working with tlc is an absolute pleasure. I’ve been in the industry for 20+ years and seen it all , this is a company that doesn’t just get the job done , this is a company that genuinely cares from start to completion. Every job looks like it belongs in a magazine!

We have done business with Living Concepts since 2009. They have performed major improvements to our residence almost on an annual basis. Under the management of Glen Prairie supported by in-house staff and people performing the work, we have found them to be friendly, courteous and fully experienced. In our condo, TLC created a beautiful, big new walk-in closet in our primary bedroom. This required some extensive construction of new bulkheads, drywall, molding, electrical work, drawers, cabinets, and painting. It looks like it has always been there and looks absolutely stunning. They also replaced and added fixtures, shelving and cabinets in our powder room, storage room, and primary bathroom, which involved more construction and some plumbing work. They even replaced our kitchen sink! The work was done by highly professional, skilled and pleasant people. Our designer, Celeste, was amazing throughout the process, with excellent designs and recommendations, and great communication. Everything was on time and on budget. I'm now planning our next project and would not choose anyone else to do the work. Highly recommended.

I am undertaking a major reno of my kitchen. I contacted Celeste of Total Living Concepts to discuss ordering cabinets on the recommendations of a friend. She made it very clear that she was quite busy and would be awhile getting back to me. I spoke with her a few times. In our final conversation she said she was going off on maternity leave. I asked if I would be passed onto someone else and she answered that no, everyone was too busy. I told her clearly, I'm sitting here with $10

Had our kitchen done by Total Living Concepts. Glen was very helpful re-designing our whole kitchen. It was a difficult job trying to make a 107 year old house modern, fuctional, yet keeping the history too. I was very please with the cabinet choice and the choice of handles/countertops ect. The installer was great, as our floors are all wood, and not straight/level it looks amazing. I have been cooking for a few monthes now, and recently had my children's birthday partys and entertained 40 people easily! Thanks again! The Grahams
