Bardot Lash House

I usually do not leave reviews (let alone bad ones) but i just need to write this in hopes of helping someone/encouraging this company to fix their ways lol. please for your own well being do not go here! i went here before my vacation as my usual lash lady was not available. I booked somewhere upscale in hopes of not having to worry about bad service. I received a set of eyelashes (at a discount because i’m pretty sure the girl knew she messed up) that were so wonky and out of place i couldn’t even brush through them. Not to mention the lash tech was literally ripping lashes out of my head, it hurt so bad i almost had to ask her to stop. I looked at them closer after paying and noticed there were multiple lashes stuck together with chunks of glue, and NOW one of my eyes is SWOLLEN SHUT. not even trying to be a karen, please do not go here, not only is it not worth the money, it’s not worth the hassle of getting an eye infection.

I have been coming here consistently for about a year now. My lashes have never looked better. Polina is a true artist - i like having colourful lashes and she knows how to do it tastefully. I get so many compliments always! I've recommended her to so many! She is so gentle and i have fallen asleep getting my lashes done on more than one occasion!

I have been going to Kathryn for over 7 years for my lashes, and I have never been disappointed. Kathryn and the other lash techs at Bardot are professional, hygienic and clean, and skilled at applying lashes that look gorgeous and stay on well. I also love my brow lamination and all of the other beauty tips and inspo I get at my appointments - a total one stop shop. 10/10 recommend Kathryn and Bardot!

I always look forward to my upcoming appointments at Bardot. The space is so creative and inviting. My lashes have never looked so good and lasted so long and my brows have never looked so full! Whether you’re looking for a nap or a welcoming conversation this is the place to go! All the staff is amazing so picking one is tough but my go to is Sarah!!Thanks for a great experience everytime!

Thank you for a wonderful experience! Robin (or Robyn?) did my brow lamination today. She was very gentle and attentive. Thank you for your hard work and time. I also loved the design/look of the business. Fun fact! They also sell alcohol and coffee ( for me to try next time). Thanks again!

Very clean and beautiful space. I got my brows laminated by Polina and she did a wonderful job. I would return!

I have been to this establishment multiple times and am in constant awe of how lovely the staff are and the actual salon itself. Sarah has done my lash extensions more than I count and I have never left with a complaint. They always last me so long and are great quality. Sarah's attitude and how personable she is impeccable. 100% recommend Bardot and specifically Sarah as your lash tech, you can not go wrong!

LOVE getting my lashes done at Bardot. I've been going to Sarah for over a year now. She's soo talented, friendly, and always comes up with great suggestions, (I like trying different looks). My lashes look super natural, and I always get compliments on them.Highly recommend Bardot - best place in KW, and you'll love Sarah's work!

Great experience! Polina made sure to walk me through the entire process and made me feel as comfterable as possible as it was my first time getting lash extensions. I will deffinatly be going back!
