Just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Dami for all the help he extended during purchase of Vehicle from Ford.. Dropped my car off to get a restraints light warning fixed on my Ford edge 2020 . My car had a chip on the wind shield prior to drop off but when I went to pick up my car there were several large cracks across my windshield. When I asked about it, they said it was already there . I know it wasn't there. I even told them that there was a chip on my windshield. Looks almost like a lot of weight was put on the windshield . You can't do this to customers even if it was unintentional, you don't lie about it. I know where not to go once my lease is done! Thanks!Update: I sent an email to the service manager and was asked to come back in to fix the windshield and the pending issue with the restraints lamp warning. They told me I have to pay around 800$ to replace my windshield which they broke . Neither did they take responsibility for it , nor did they apologize. There goes my plans to get an F150 after the lease is done on my current ford edge. We'll done Ford!!

We got the best service with Alejandro Teran. He understood all the features that we wanted and arranged for the vehicle delivery right away. We appreciate the hospitable environment and always go back to this same Ford dealership.
