I recently had an external hard drive fail and was recommended Data Lab after the repair place I originally went to was unable to fix it. Mike was super helpful in explaining exactly what had stopped working and what they would be doing to fix it, and he was able to diagnose and recover my data to a new hard drive in a very timely fashion. Not all of my files could initially be recovered due to my hard drive being too new, but I was assured once they had the ability to fix my specific issue I could return to recover my remaining data at no additional charge. Everyone was super friendly and I absolutely recommend Data Lab to anyone looking for any kind of data recovery services!

I called extremely upset that I’d lose lots of pictures of my kids because I didn’t have them all backed up and my phone got water damage (check your sheets before putting in the wash, and realize it 5 minutes later when you can’t find it and hear thudding in the drum) Mike was confident he could help. I dropped it off at 1 pm and he called the next day at 9 am saying they were able to retrieve it and clean up my phone. He replaced the screen for a decent cost and had me check my sound and cameras. The selfie camera isn’t working so he said he could order it and replace it for me for just the cost of the camera as it’s a quick swap. Super nice and really helpful! Thanks Mike for saving all my pictures, I was devastated. I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to save something important!

I was informed what I was looking to have done was very possible and done all the time with huge success, however with all their talk, tech, and equipment, I was informed they were unsuccessful,. Walking the talk" was disappointing. I went elsewhere and all is well now."

Great, fast and super nice!! My finance drove over his cell phone, he needed the data extracted due to important work info needed from device. Data lab was able to extract the data and put it on a usb for him! Had it done in just a few days and was very helpful!!

I broke the SATA connector on a new 14TB hard drive. I thought this thing was toast but Mike was able to fix the connector up nicely and he did it the same day too!
