Just a note about the Hotel portion of this property. The Hotel is very dated and needs a major upgrade soon. The staff do their best to clean and maintain but its difficult working with old everything...Our room was small yet had a queen and two single beds stuffed in it.. Crowded to say the least and no pillow slips?All can be well, just know what you getting when you make the reservation.

When I saw the website I was pretty exited to go camp there. Then I got there and I got my envelope on the side of the office but there was no information about witch site to go and put my tent. So I decided to leave and hopefully they pay me back, the tent sites are not terrible but the hill to go up there damage my car. Otherwise the views was really nice.

They rent camping lots that are lower then the rest all the water flows to your site. The drainage is very bad.

I’ve been going to this campground for 10 years and loved it but something has changed. We stayed in the tent area and no bathrooms are working in the area have to walk 10 mins to go to the washroom. Washrooms in the tent area one is boarded up and the other side is broken leaking all over the floor dirty seems it’s been broken for a long time men’s showers not working. When I finally found a shower the water was burning hot no cold water. The tent area is not maintained grass is 6 feet high they didn’t cut the grass all summer. Dogs are all over the beach no leash. No staff to be found anywhere. During the week no restaurant and when I called to book the told me it’s was open. Store is hardly open half the time. I guess the allow music until 3am nobody watching the park at night so don’t expect any sleep. I don’t know if there’s been a management change but this is no longer a 4 star park. it more like a 2 star park well over rated. They say you can rent out paddle boards and kayaks don’t even have the proper equipment or half the stuff is broken. They are dumping lots of money in rentals but neglecting everything else. Stayed one night was supposed to stay 3. After expressing issues no refund was offered for the other 2 nights. Customer service not very experienced. When you have a 16 year old running the front desk with no info. Pool not open either. This is my last visit there.

The camping continues to remove services but yet raise the costs. Really starting to become not worth the drive.

This camping is terrible. I give the 2 stars because it has a beautiful beach. The pool has been closed for so long, not sure it can ever be restored. The depaneur changes owners every year and never has a liquor license. The restaurant is the same owner as the depaneur...they try, but every single year it changes. No activities, no paddle board or kayak rentals (they took those away this year). No community center, no outdoor games for the kids. Tennis court has been let go as well as the outdoor shuffleboard. The seasonal fees go up, but the services reduce every single year. This used to be such a great site, but management and Parkbridge have RUINED IT!!

Great camping and beach but the roads all around the camping and leading to the camping and Golf course are horrible. Huge pot holes everywhere. You need an off road vehicle to drive around the camping. Not a golf cart. Very unpleasant to drive around the camping. If the roads were repaved and grated, I would give it a 5.

Beautiful beach.Some RV pull through locations need to be leveled as it's simply impossible to adjust the RV safely. The incline is extreme.I also detected a wiring issue with the 30 amp outlet of my site and had to request a swap. The plug had no grounding at all. The manager wasn't concerned about it which is somewhat worrying. Eventually after some significant back and forth, he did accepted to place us elsewhere. I wish the manager knew a bit more about electrical safety. The park needs to be more serious about upkeep and testing outlets.Let's just say the initial spot was extremely neglected. The replacement one was perfect but it was more of a VIP spot. We got lucky there was a cancellation.

We rented a cabin. It had everything we needed and was quite nice. Our kid had lots of fun playing at the beach and on the play structures. Nice and relaxing place.

Stayed in the cabins on the beach. Loved our experience. Beach was clean, free use of kayaks and paddle boards, “kitchen “ was pretty stocked with pans, strainer, toaster, cabin comes with 4 plastic lawn chairs so no need to bring camping or beach chairs. Cabin has a ceiling fan and another big white fan. They also have baseboard heaters.They host a live DJ on the beach every second week but it wasn’t noisy enough to prevent us from sleeping.The 6 cabins have their own bathroom and showers in a separate building right next door (2 toilets, 2 showers in each men’s and women’s washroom- 4 in total).The only negatives/suggestions that we have are:There’s a sign saying that the washrooms are only for the cabins but on Saturday, when the beach is packed, some people who knew about the washrooms used them and made a mess them. There’s a lock with a code on the door that could have been locked but it was left unlocked the whole weekend.The renters of the cabins would appreciate having it locked and the code only given to the renters.Please post images of each cabin/site on your website instead of just a digital photo. We would have been able to see that there were chair provided and we would not have packed our own.Please list everything the cabin contains on your website. The hot plate was very useful!The fridge is very small and if overpacked will stop working so a cooler is still required.Check in is marked as 4pm but all staff at the gate leave at 5. Make sure to arrive before then otherwise, if there’s an issue, it will be hard to find someone to help.I added what photos I could so that others will know what they are getting.
