Modern Golf Vancouver

I did a ton of research before booking with Modern Golf. Ended up doing my full bag fitting with Jeff. He is a top class professional and great guy to spend a few hours with. He's been doing fittings for over 25 years!Jeff is a great communicator and ended up teaching me a lot about my swing, different brands, and golf in general. He went above and beyond my expectations and I found a setup that should last me the next 5+ years.

Had my first ever fitting with Max and couldn't have been happier with the experience. I'm a fairly new golfer and don't know a whole lot about the technical side of the game but he helped me learn. He is super knowledgeable and also personable which made for a really fun session. I never once felt pressured to commit to a club I didn't fully like. Left with the purchase of a set of irons and a hybrid that I am so excited for. Couldn't recommend him and Modern Golf enough - thank you!

I had a 2 hr Driver and fairway woods fitting with Jeff and it was a great experience. I've had club fittings before but nothing as extensive as this. Went there with an open mind and tried all the top brands of head and shaft combinations that gave me the best results. Jeff was very knowledgeable and experienced and after hitting a lot of balls he found the perfect set up and clubs for me. Watching the results on the Trackman was very informative as it also gives you input on your swing and where it can improve. I highly recommend the crew at Modern Golf and look forward when I will come back to be fitted for new irons in the future.

My club fitting session for irons was great and I would recommend this business to anyone. Had full confidence with the friendly and efficient manner Eric took me through the club choices. Everything explained logically and clearly making it both interesting and enjoyable. Certainly felt I was benefitting from his knowledge and experience. Was *not* recommended more expensive clubs which would have been less appropriate for my age and ability - integrity on order here! Anxiously await the chosen iron set and will look to Eric and MG for future club fittings and lessons.

Their staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. It's a very approachable company that is patient with its clients and collaborates with them to find the right fit for golf clubs. I appreciate that they don't pressure you into a sale. Eric was my club fitter and I've worked with him to find a putter last season as well as irons/wedges this season.

Jeff Johnson was fantastic! From the moment I walked in he made me feel comfortable and I never felt rushed throughout the full bag fitting (and we did go past the 2 hour mark!).Jeff is a true gentleman, and is obviously very experienced in his field. He understood that this was a real “splurge” for me, and really took his time.Can’t recommend him highly enough, snd I sure hope Modern Golf realizes what a great ambassador he is for their company, you are a rock star Jeff!Trish ⛳️

Had my irons fitted here with Jeff. Very happy with the end result. The fitting was informative, we were able to finds clubs that I LOVE (P7MCs) even though they were not on my initial radar and they came quicker than expected. If you are unsure about going for a fitting I would highly recommend it as it's not a big expense and you get a portion back if you end up buying. I've used them out on the course and am very satisfied with my setup. Thank you Jeff and thank you Modern Golf!

Had a fitting with Jeff. Really pleasant experience and felt like he was consultative to my swing as opposed to more sales centric like other companies can feel.Came in with a couple clubs I wanted and learned that I hit another brand significantly better.Worth the investment going here. 7i I purchased gave me an extra 30 yards versus my existing clubs.

I had a fitting with Jeff at the end of April for Driver, Woods, Irons and Wedges. I was travelling through Vancouver back home after a golf trip to Victoria and had booked a 4 hour fitting during my layover, I ended up being an hour late as the airline had an issue finding my clubs. Jeff took everything in stride and made sure I didn't feel rushed during the fitting even though we had lost an hour of time.Jeff walked me through the process and then started trying out different iron/ shaft combinations. I had mentioned I didn't want to know what brands I was trying at the time as I can be a bit brand focused. Jeff made sure to he didn't mention the brand until after a combination was decided upon. Then we moved onto the Driver, (which Jeff recommended not replacing as there wasn't enough of a difference to justify buying new.), Woods and wedges.I have been through a couple of fittings at other places, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had and would highly recommend Modern Golf Vancouver for all your fitting needs!!

Great driver fitting experience. Awesome facility, top of the line technology, and knowledgeable staff. Cory did my fitting and he was very efficient, patient, and found a suitable shaft well within my target budget. Highly recommend!
