DON’T GO HERE THEY SCAM YOU!! I counted my bag full of 1 L plastic bottles and 1L wine bottles and it came to $25 and when I went in for return they only gave me $18 back and shorted me!!

This is a great place. Always clean. The staff is super friendly. They also seem to do a lot for charities and the community. I have used them since they opened. I would travel quite a ways to use this facility.I recommend for everyone to head here. They are also very quick and have a modern payout system. No waiting. See you there!!!!

Terrible. Should be avoided. Went today, I counted 29 cans on the table. After a few minutes of him seemingly counting slow, he put in 1 can on the machine. They took an additional 10mins to count from the camera to refund the 29 cans. Avoid at all cost, there are better places to return empties in the city.

I wouldn't go there again. So slow and nothing out of their mouth like any expression would do. The funny thing they had a tip jar. Like what happened to hello or thank you. What a joke. It's called customer service....

They have some of the latest automated technology in use which helps expedite the process. Staff are cordial and the site is neat and clean. Personally, I haven't experienced a lot of waiting time when I've been there.

Always friendly, fast, and efficient with me. The older folks are a little bit quieter, but I always get a smile when I ask them how they're doing or how their day is going. Very politeThere's a few young women there who are wonderful, and the fact that it's clean and organized is even better.

These guys need to learn how to count, my wife and I counted with the employee and he counted wrong multiple times. Then he doesn’t put the tally on the screen and continues to count another lot of bottles putting down that amount, when we told him he quickly put it on the screen. This happened a few times and they even changed the employee to another one that also got different totals to what we counted. If you frequent this location count with them as they don’t count properly.I will take my business somewhere else now as I now have trust issues with them. If they can do it to me they can do it to you.

Usually not very busy, but I go on weekdays. Very fast staff, they are great! In and out in a few minutes. Plus there's a sink for washing hands.
