They arrived several hours late without notice, only after calling several times, being told often they would arrive in minutes, they showed up. This caused us to keep another rented vehicle for an extra day, since it was closed by the time they were finished. Even though the crew acknowledged their fault being late, the company refused to reimbursement, although their contract stipulated the time. Take your money and run.As per the response, it was not a different company, and I tried to reach out to you as requested, but no one ever contacted me back. So I am not certain you started caring about your customers as you indicated. What an outfit.

We moved a whole facility that means 3 floors 65000 sq.ft with server rooms and sensitive equipment. It is actually the 3rd time i used them . The best movers In town, super professional, very careful and extremely well organised. I worked the financial part with Gilbert Haeck .Supervisors JF and Christian really know their job and take it very seriously . They were super helpful and gave us great advices. UNRELIABLE!!! Booked Weeks in advance. They called the evening before to confirm. Next morning, No show. THEY NEVER CAME. We had to emergency book with some other company.

I did a lot of research into multiple moving companies before I settled for Demenagement La Capitale. I appreciated that they were billingual and did not show any kind of disrespect when I switched from French to English. They were very professional, friendly and very fast! They laid coverings on the floor to prevent dirt from their boots and everything was well wrapped. From point A to C our furniture was well kept and nothing was damaged. They even had to make a pit stop on the way, which they gladly did. I would def recommend. Thank you to the team for all your hard work :)

They book delivery appointments for store bought furniture not only do they not keep their scheduled time they actually change the day of delivery. Once they do that they show up 4 hours late.Simply the worst!!!!!

They lied about pricing, the move ended up costing me two times the initial estimated price, they poked sooooo many walls in my new house after we had fresh paint and broke things. They never made up for the holes in my wall and it's been almost 3 years now. The movers are bullies and cursed the entire time. Avoid at all costs.

Do not recommend. Movers were supposed to call 30 mins before arriving but didn't. They didn't wear their masks in my house and complained when I asked them to wear a mask. They then TOOK OFF their masks in my house even though I had told them to wear a mask. Not professional. Find a better company!

I live in the US and study in Canada. My apartment's lease ended during the 2020 COVID-19 crisis, and so I had to find a way to vacate my apartment while stuck in the US due to the closed borders. My landlord recommended this company. Big mistake.The first red flag should have been when they demanded full payment from me before sending me a bill indicating what I owed them. I went through with the move anyway since, at that time, I didn't have enough time to find another company. I should have.My belongings (the ones that actually made it to me, at least) arrived in one piece, for the most part. Some parts of some of my furniture were apparently left behind, along with a number of smaller items in fairly obvious places. They left my toothbrush, for example.The person who moved my belongings into my home here in the US came alone. He was a fairly skinny old man, and I ended up having to help him carry some of the furniture that I was paying him to move since there was no way he could carry it himself.When I noticed the missing belongings, as well as the fact that I still hadn't received a bill indicating the actual cost of the move, I promptly sent them an email asking about both of those matters. I received a reply stating that they'd look into it

Marcos and his team are extremely professional and did a great job moving an entire office to a new location. 3 floors of no elevator with all those heavy furnitures and boxes -I heard NO complaints, only laughters and smiles in between the members of his team. They're extremely professional, careful, and highly motivated people. That team was WOW. Dave was extremely accommodating and friendly too with the quotation requests and revisions. I highly recommend this moving company!!
