My first visit to this store as we just loved to Canada and wanted to purchase some cooking pots and kitchen items. The collection here is amazing. They are very reasonably priced and the best part is they have products of all price ranges. Will definitely visit again.

This HomeSense location is massive! There are definitely more selections here compared to other locations, with more items on sale as well. The check-out line was relatively long, but it went by quickly because there were a lot of cashiers. It was well worth the drive coming here because of the variety.

I go to this store weekly. However today I purchased BEDDING. I opened it up and it has been USED with bodily fluids and crayon on it. I am absolutely DISGUSTED. I called the store and they said this is a one off. However, last year I purchased BEDDING and it had a HOLE that was sowed up. Clearly there is a trend. BUT BODILY FLUID IS GROSS!!!!

I love this location, I can always find the perfect accents for my bedroom!

Love this location of homesense, this store location still have stock of many Christmas items as at 9pm.

I liked the desplay of a variety of household items and modern home decors as well as hundreds of eclectic gift articles beautifully organized in extra-spacious isles and sections.The store and the washrooms were clean, the prices of merchandise very reasonable, and the employees were courteous.When I wanted to know from where I could get a shopping basket, the employee whom I enquired in one of the isles said she would get one for me. I brought one myself but was pleased with her quality of being humble and willingness to help.Although my wife and I went in the store just to browse, we did not leave empty handed.

I would have given zero Star if allowed.I visited there yesterday to get my gift replaced using a gift receipt and whole experience was atrocious.Super rude whole staff. Somebody please teach them how to wear at least professional smile. No matter how badly you dislike your work.2ndaly: they couldn't find their own sales item in the inventory using the gift receipt. The lady on the counter asked me to go to Burlington branch to get it returned!!! How impractical is it! Just because your IT systems are not in-sync!!!I was given some random refund using some other item, again very odd!Guy on the counter was checking the unopened box like I am doing forgery to them.Sadly enough, staff roaming around on the floor is also not super helpful. When, I went to ask someone about stock on Garbage bins, I got very short and abrupt answer. She could have denied in a much better and professional way.Overall very very bad experience. Not going there again.Note: Gift was purchased from Burlington stote and I visited Weston and Highway 7 Branch to get it replaced.
