Top notch service from every person that we ever dealt with at this company. I am a condo owner in a property managed by Stratégis and they deserve 5 stars for the good service that they provide us. They have staff on site inspecting the property regularly and they always answer very quickly.

Do not recommend !!!!!! No follow up on important matter. Avoid giving personal banking information to employee (including when they use cell phone : Did not respond to take etransfer payment yet emphasizes on the importance to pay condo fees. Don't be afraid to ask questions and repeat if necessary. There is no dumb question. Honest people have nothing to hide.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! Unable to reach them when necessary. No follow ups and lacks professionalism. I strongly do not recommend them to any condo association!! I have been trying to settle a few things and it takes for ever to obtain simple information.

My wife (Isabelle) just posted an excellent review that perfectly describes our experience. However, I felt that a few things were missing. First, when she mentions debit errors, we are talking about three debit errors (three times!!!!) that took months to resolve… The first two are related to amounts paid by the notary that they forgot to put on our tab… Then, when we finally managed to convince them to refund us (we had to get our notary involved, twice!), they only gave us a partial refund because they billed us yet another amount that did not concern us. Worse than that, the accounting slip that they sent us also showcases another billing error that we fortunately did not see and that they resolved on their own. Second, they seem to think that seeing a 5mm scratch on the wall on the day of our move is enough to bill us 160$ for the repair. In fact, they simply kept the deposit, without sending us any proof of guilt, or repair bill. The scratch was repaired a few days after our move, as there was work ongoing in the corridor, at no extra cost as far as I know. This happened four months ago, and this has not been resolved yet. Third, we did escalate these issues to the boss of the company, as you do when employees ignore you, without even a simple acknowledgement that our message has been received. In sum, they simply don’t care. Fourth, please note that some of the most positive reviews are from their own employees, or from businesses working with them. Those by people living in the units that they manage are generally far less positive. Thus, if you are a company considering hiring them, just don’t. I’ve never seen anything quite like it in my life…____________________________________Now, to respond to your own response:What an empty political response to try and save face on social media.First of all, if your team took time to provide responses as elaborated to your clients when they contact you for a problem as you take when answering google reviews, perhaps you would have more positive reviews from people who are not your employees.Second, yes, I agree with you: Making one financial mistake, and correcting it on your own is normal and something that can happen. Making four of them, in only four months, and forcing the client to spend hours, over months, to get the refund for three of them is not normal… Or are you saying that you consider that this is normal?Third, the rules and regulations of our co-ownership do not (I invite you to read them): (a) give you the right to keep the deposit for four months without proving that we did the damage; (b) are very clear about the fact that IF a repair in needed, we should be receiving a partial return of the deposit once done. The current damage, which you still have not proved that we did, is a 5mm scratch that was repairs at no cost last December… How you can still be keeping the deposit is beyond me.Fourth, and this is a problem linked to our own CA (not to you): It is false to say that you only act based on what the CA tells you to do. Indeed, when contacted in relation to this problem, the CA has simply responded to refer to you as you had the final call. So, the combination of a “laisser-faire” CA with an incompetent management firm is an even more severe problem, but either one of those does not excuse the other. Just like failing to follow up to a resolution request directly sent to the boss of condo strategis is also not acceptable…In any case, I do invite you to ask your team to spend as much time answering our emails as you do trying to save face online.

Recently, I had an interaction with a condo management employee that left me disappointed and frustrated. The employee in question came across as arrogant and showed a lack of respect .was going to leave 1 star but i dont want a company to be penalized over an employee that lacks respect/ professionalism in a service industry.

The service is so bad they had to hire a lawyer to run the meeting.Everyone in the meeting complained about the bad service.I really don't recommend hiring this company.Very disrespectful in their communication.Very aggressive.Please remember that you and your building deserve better.
